I havent had Pizza Hut in awhile and decided tonight was the night to give them another shot. I remembered long ago when Pizza Hut was where you go to get a good pizza with toppings piled high. After a few disappointing instances, I found better value for more buck. Tonight was there 2 medium, 4 toppings total pizza for 6.95 each. I dialed their number with hesitation as the bad experiences creep back in... placed my order to a rather average voice on the phone and was told it would be 45 min. after waiting 45 min and the pizzas sitting in front of me, I was expecting to be let down....And Pizza Hut did not disappoint me in this department. One pepperoni pizza, with so little cheese on it you would wonder how the toppings are sticking. worse pizza Ive ever seen. The other Canadian bacon, pineapple and mushroom. a little better but not much, both were way more dough than toppings. Never again! I will not endure their poor quality again. Save your money papa murphy, flying pie, a local bar that serves pizza would have given you better.

Today I received one of those flyers on the mail with an add stating that you can buy "Any Pizza Any Way You Want It" for $10.00. So I go and place an order. Because I chose stuffed crust they charged $2.00 more to the order. Of course their argument was that it was a marketing deal and that I should have read the small print. I mean English is my second language but many would agree with me that when a company claims that you can get anything any way you want it that is exactly what it means. I called their customer service and ended up talking to a "supervisor" who turned out to be the most rude woman I have had to deal with. Not only that at the store the manager was also rude. This was the last time I have ever purchased anything from Pizza Hut. I think that their ADVERTISEMENT WAS VERY DECEITFUL. I lost $2.00 but sure as hell Pizza Hut will lose all my purchases in the future.

I should have paid attention to the review. My family and I order pizza from this location on a regular everything was excellent until July 1. We ordered our pizza at 8:45 pm and waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our pizza to finally arrive burned to a crisp and cold as well as the wings. After being insulted that the pizza guy try to make us pay a reduced price of $17 for an inedible pizza. We sent the pizza back and I immediately called the store. The guy told me he would credit our account $26 for our next order. Just called and according to their notes they gave us the pizza that night for free and see no trace of a credit on our account. Needless to say I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE!!!!!

Ordered from here twice for delivery (the second time was last night.) The delivery times seemed fine, but the food was low quality: pizzas werent warm, wings were extremely soggy,etc. On top of that, both times weve gotten ranch dressing cups with our order and they taste funny, like theyve spoiled. Im uncertain if theyre expired or just not refrigerated at the proper temperature. Both times both me and my boyfriend have gotten extremely ill within 24 hours of eating here (hes currently vomiting and hasnt had anything to eat since having the wings and ranch last night.) Im not one to write negative reviews, but this is a health hazard. Would absolutely not order from again.

When I called because the order they gave me was WRONG they had the nerve to tell me it was my fault. Saying I ordered mushrooms and green peppers. Umm. Im allergic to mushrooms. I have no interest in dying right now. What ever happened to the customer is always right..or how about just plain common courtesy?! I will never order Pizza Hut again...ever And we are big time pizza eaters once or twice a week. The price is outrageous...especially if the service you get is lousy. Save your money and go elsewhere. You can make your own pizza for really cheap. Just thought I would save some time. Lousy! Lousy! Lousy!!!

So last night I ordered a pizza, a hour and a half passed so i called in, they said their computers were down and it will be 30 more minutes at the most. Well that time passed and I had to call back because it never came. They said they sent home the drivers b/c the computers were down and it was almost closing time anyway. Now this morning I ordered the same pizza and its been over and hour and still no pizza, never going to order from this place again even though the pizza is pretty tasty but it just takes too long to get here

I will never order from them again! Delivery time was estimated at 30 minutes. 45 min later no pizza. Super hungry now I call them. They say they should be here any minute. 15 minutes later still no pizza. Call again same story. 15 more minutes pass... now im mad.. an hour thirty min now. I call to cancel. They say that I cant because its already been charged to my card. now im so mad. the pizza arrived to my door 2 hours. never ordering pizza hut ever again. and never using my card again for pizza ever!

Im reading a lot of bad reviews for this Pizza Hut, but I live less than a mile from this place. Never had an issue, I order pizza and they make the pizza I ordered. Simple as that, never had them screw up an order, and never had a pizza that took longer than normal. I always order pick up. Maybe its just their delivery service that is bad? Last time, I ordered online and it worked great! I hope they stay in business, because I like them more than Little Caesars. "Dinner tonight, breakfast tomorrow."

the worst service ever, ordered pizza,they charged me, an hour later i called and they said ," oh, we had to remake youir pizza and its not done yet" no call or anything.....asked to talk to manager and it was obvious that someone was pretending to be the boss...the worst service i have ever encountered on any type of purchase or encounter....Do yourself a favor...avoid at all costs....(the is the first review i have ever written)

called in to order and lady ask for payment was getting it pulled up and she hangs up on me called back to get the manger and they were even more rude than the lady on the phone needless to say this pizza hut do not care about there customers and they will no longer get a business from me and spreading the word to friends about how poor the pizza hut on 116th is!

Just terrible timing, Ive had multiple times where the wait was 2+ hours, theyve shown late many times (the last time was an hour late). I live a mile away (studying, so no time for interruptions). There is absolutely no excuse for this horrible service, they dont even give a f*$&ing coupon or free meal for being so horrendously late.

This is THE WORST service. They are always over an hour late on delivery. They never get the orders right and never seem to care. If you want good customer service and a hot pizza, never order from here. They didnt even honour their "free" pizza from the last time they messed up. Never ordering from here again.
