I BOUGHT PIZZA FOR EMPLOYEES AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE PIZZA WILL BE DELIVERED IN 30-35 MIN IT TOOK THEM 58 MINUTES TO HAVE IT DELIVERED... AND THE PIZZA WAS ORDERED STUFFED CRUST (WITH CHEESE) AND WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED THE CHEESE WAS WARM TO COLD CONDITION AND THE TOMATOES ON THE PIZZA WERE ALMOST DRY BECAUSE THEY WERE COLD (DISGUSTING)... THE DELIVERY GUY WHEN DELIVERED THE PIZZA, HE TOOK MY MONEY(CASH) AND LEFT DID NOT LEAVE THE PIZZA WITH ME... I HAD TO REMIND THE DELIVERY GUY TO LEAVE THE PIZZA WITH ME... AFTER HE LEFT THE PIZZA I HAD TO MENTION TO THE DRIVER THAT I HAD A DRINK TOO BECAUSE HE WOULD HAVE DROVE OFF WITH MY DRINK... DRIVER WENT TO THE CAR SECOND TIME TO BRING ME THE DRINK :-(

Im trying to understand in what world a someone could order a couple pizzas @ 7:41pm and be told there r longer delivery times tonight that could take up to an hour and 15. Which didnt bother me at all. What does bother me is that the pizza NEVER CAME!!! And when u call to check in on ur order @ 9:30pm no one answers a phone for 30 whole minutes! This place is a joke. Im telling everyone who thinks they want pizza from here, its not worth it to order food and NEVER have it delivered and still have them trying to process my credit card. There r lots of bad reviews on this pizza hut. And i can tell u they r all true! This place should be shut down and probably everyone who works there should just crawl under a rock. I would have rather had my pizza delivered cold than never get it at all.

We placed our order at 9PM. We received email confirmation of our delivery time at 9:06, that our pizza would be delivered at 9:36. At 10:43 we called and were told that "it was the next pizza out" and that "online quotes the wrong delivery times". I understand that the online process may not be exact, but what will ultimately be at least 2 hours for a pizza delivery is absurd to say the least. I am, and have been, a fan of Pizza Hut for some time. I have never felt compelled to file any sort of grievance, however, this situation merits a response. Dissatisfied, does not begin to adequately describe my experience this evening. Hungry and disappointed, K & E

Only giving this restaurant one star because google forces you to. My husband and I have given them the benefit of the doubt many times. We have given them multiple chances to get our order here on time and right. However each time, we have been told our food would take over an hour and a half to get here we live 10 min away. Also, our food has never gotten here once and when we call they say they tried to reach us but couldnt and we dont see any missed calls or find weird voicemails that sound like background noise. Then they try to get us to buy another pizza when they couldnt even get us our first one. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Godfathers is better and on time.

Ordered a 10 dollar pizza deal. After the 3 dollar delivery charge, and a dollar tip to the driver, I was treated like a cheapo because I didnt give him more. As if 4 dollars on top of a 10 dollar pizza isnt enough. I cant help it if pizza hut is stealing their employees tips. On top of it the crust was not cooked at all and the toppings were sparse. Is this what we can expect from companies who have grown too large,.. a crap product, crap customer service, crap delivery times (mine took 75 minutes on a thursday afternoon) and no apparent interest in actually bettering their product. wtf

I live 10 minutes from this location, 3 miles... I normally order a lot of food. I would say out of 5 times my pizza has only been made correctly once, when I order wings theyre normally made right, but any other sides have been made wrong and my food always arrives warm to cold. I couldnt eat one of my sides once because they were cold and had hardened over and couldnt be reheated. There is no reason for my food to arrive cold when the store is so close by. Nor should it take an hour to deliver.

Pizza Hut is going downhill! First, you can have pizza delivered until 11 pm,but you cant pick it up after 10. Why you ask? Because the cook leaves at 10. Who the hell cooks the pizza for deliveries? Now they have a special: 2 medium pizzas with a total of 4 toppings between the two. Oh...but wait...it has to be two on each pizza. And dont ask for double pepperoni, because that will cost extra! Family friendly? Made to order? i think they mean to hell with your family and made to piss you off!!!

Ordered my pizza and it was a bit late. Called to see what happened and there was a system error. Despite the error the operator was very patient and nice and the superviser wad more then willing to make the experience more convenient for me. Never had a situation like this before now, but the way they handled it was top noch customer service. Thanks for your service and looking forward to more pizza in the future!

Its cheap pizza so it aint terrible, but there are far better locations Doesnt participate in a lot of the online deals. Frequently gets the wrong kind of wings. Every time I call the employees sound like they have had literally no phone training and just want me to hang up. I often cant find the help I need or get "I dont know" as a response to questions.

Horrible. They extremely cheap on their topping. They give little to no cheese in their pizzas and smaaaall portions of topping. We ordered stuffed cheese crust pizza just now and the cheese in the crust was stretched all the way to the middle of the pizza so rhey dont use cheese on the crust.

The lady who was working Friday night (Oct 22nd) over the phone and hour before close kept putting me on hold and wouldnt pick back up. Had somebody else call and she talked to them and they put me back on and in the middle of my order put me on hold again and didnt pick up. Again. Wow. Haha.

I ordered something at counter , waited for 30 minutes and after 30 minutes I found half of my order they forgot to make. I requested for home delivery for the rest of my order but refused (we live 1.5 miles from the store). They asked me to wait another 10 minutes. Never going to come back

Ordered at 10, was given an arrival time of 11. Called at 11:40, to be told they hadnt left yet. Im not sure if anyone was going to tell us that certain items we ordered were not available, before it got here but that would have been nice. A little communication goes a long way.
