I would like to preface this by saying the rating I give has almost nothing to do with the food. Ive gone twice now, and both times Ive gotten an alfredo pasta dish so I cant say much about the food considering my limited experience, other than that in my personal experience it was good, but not extraordinary. Mind you, it could be different for other foods, I dont know. THAT being said, I would like to focus on the service. If Id given individual reviews for each visit, the two would be extraordinarily different. My first visit was lovely, we practically had two waitresses because one of them was in training, and they were both very nice. they always answered questions to the best of their ability, and if they werent sure, they always double checked. A different lady sat a few tables away from us and she had some opinions on how her food was made, and they carefully and patiently listened and suggested a solution should she come in again. When they left her a check they made sure to tell her to take her time and stay as long as she wanted. With us, they were similarly kind, asking if we wanted dessert, and then explaining what was in the dessert when they brought it to us. They brought two forks so my mom and I could share, and when we explained that my mom cant have milk and thus couldnt eat any of their desserts, they went as far as to suggest a whole slew of vegan bakeries and such that they knew. All in all, super lovely, super helpful. The SECOND time, however, I was with my dad and we got a different waiter. He was stand-offish, and while I wouldnt say his attitude was rude at first, he was not welcoming. I will say that we came in a bit late, about half an hour, 45 minutes before closing, but that is usually plenty of time to eat. He gave us our menus and less than a minute later asked us if we knew what we wanted, when we had barely had time to sit down. He seemed impatient the whole time we were there, making bored/annoyed gestures across the room, such as sighing and swinging his arms and legs around. When he took our order a minute later, he rushed off. Our appetizer came at the same time as our meal (minor detail), and he gave us our check only about 5 minutes into us eating. Now, Id been hoping to possibly order dessert, so this bummed me out a bit. Then he started silently clearing plates /as we were eating./ Nearing the end of our meal, as we were about to pay, he swooped in again and cleared off all the dishes we didnt have a hold on, including my dads full glass of water. We left only about 5 minutes after close time, and the whole time I was there I was too nervous to talk to my dad because I thought the waiter would think we were wasting time. TLDR; two vastly different experiences. Rated for a middle ground. Sorry, I didnt intead for this to be so long.

Ordered the chicken Parm hero with a salad and the Greco calzone, gyro meat, kalamata olives and mozzarella. I used the first time customer coupon, so this was delivered for $15.25 plus tip, a pretty good deal. Overall I'd rate the meal a out of 7 out of 10. The sandwich was very large, and quite tasty, although more of a chicken and onion pizza sub than a true chicken Parm. Bread was excellent, cheese was on point, sauce was fresh tasting, although an extra side of sauce would have been great. I would order this sandwich made with chicken strips (mine was chicken breast slices, double sauce, no onions and be a happy, happy man.
The Greek calzone, not so much. The ingredients are all there but they just lack pizazz. The gyro meat needs to be fried crisp for flavor, it was rubbery. The olives were good, but they need to be died and spread around, not whole. It needs more feta, less mozzarella. It needs something else too, like capers, or a salty garlic butter topping or something. It needs a side dipping sauce, like capers, ranch, and feta run through a stick blender. It lacks personality.
Service was excellent, delivery was like lighting, 30 minutes tops. Stick to the Italian hot subs, can't go wrong.

What a lazy kitchen/chef...cheese not melted on pastas, bread COLD...and the burger? I know, I know..I shouldnt have ordered a burger at an Italian restaurant. But how hard is it to make a burger? They said it came with cheddar cheese and it was the cheese slices that you buy at the store the processed fake cheese. They dont give you any mayonnaise mustard and ketchup ..there all in packets. The picture showed it on a regular bun but it came on a ciabatta bun because thats what they use for their bread as well. The hamburger tasted old the meat bad...ONE slice of bacon, toppings sloppy..I know they put the burger on just to appease people who want an all-American burger, but if youre going to do a burger then do a burger , a decent one. And the fries that came with my burger? Good old frozen fries put in the oven. Im sorry but when I go get french fries at a place I want them to be French fried .. although the place is beautiful it will not last. I even mentioned to the waitress when I first got there, that location is a death trap for restaurants.

Came in took a long time to seat us. And only 1 customer there. We ordered cheese bread for appetizers. 20 min later another couple came in.. seen them with drinks and salad. And we didnt have our cheese bread.. wow.. waitress not to worried about it. We ordered food. Ticket said meat sauce. And when it came no meat sauce. They took it back. The rest of party ate as he watches waiting for food. Again just Im sorry.. We had empty water and asked for water. The waitress then took water to a new person that came in. But not us.. to say the least service was kind and but so checked out. They hung out in back too long. And another customer then said service took to long and left. They went to pay for drinks. And nobody tried to make it right with the customer. It wasnt busy. 2 wait staff. And 5 tables. We left and they didnt make separate checks. And not impressed with service. 2 hrs later. Pasta was good. Pizza over priced for the size. Wine was a good.

TUBULAR! Bandinis is my favorite pizza place, and when I first lived in north I ate a LOT of pizza in a quest to find my favorite pizza place. I love the stuffed raviolis, alredos and yummy specialty pizzas. I find myself constantly returning to order online for delivery and never being dissapointed with delivery time, customer service(theyre good about calling with questions, and verifying drinks and such , or food ingredient quality or taste. I really like the crust. Im not usually a crust eater, but always eat the whole dang pizza when I get bandinis, then want moer. Good cold. Good hot. Great local Pizza. Im addicted to the thai and the greek pizza with taziki dipping sauce but have tried a few others and vegan options. Man.. now Im really hungry!
