I will never go back. This is l was not my first time ordering from here, but it will be my last. As I walked in the door, a lady was walking out the door, no food, visibily upset. As I walked in, I wondered what could have upset her so much. I would soon find out. I was greeted will a rude, sharp, snippy "Ill be with you in a minute" from the employee (who turned out to be the manager). From there, he just got rude). When he came to the counter, I had some questions about the specials, but he wanted to part of interacting with a customer, and he made sure I knew it. When Id finally had enough, I asked for the name of the manager so I could complain. He informed me, that was him so it would do no good. So I asked for the name of the franchisee. He informed me it was NPC International in Kansas City, and they wouldnt care. I was blown back by his worse than rude attitude. Like the lady in front of me, I cancelled my order and left. I will never go back. It was late and most other Pizza places were closed. So I ordered two pizzas from 7/11. They werent the best pizzas, but the employee was friendly and had no problem cooking them for us right then and there. Ill never go back to a Pizza Hut. I used to love going to the old sit down Tualatin location with my family. The customer service closed down with the old location. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Dominos. Round Table. 7/11. Papa Murphys. Papa Johns. Anywhere. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff there had no place working in customer service. I used to work in customer service. My wife works in it. I understand sometimes you get rude customers, and it can stress employees out. But whatever was bothering this manager, he should not have taken out in innocent customers. He has no place working in customer service let alone managing a store.

Customer service was great. Manager politely listened to to me rant and made note about my complaint. But the food quality is 1/10. Me and my older brother got sick after the first slice. I understand that there is gonna be grease, but this "Thing" not pizza was soaked with it. I tipped my box over the trash can and watched what felt like a pint of it just spill out. It looked good on top, but when I turned it over Were all like "Maannnnn! What the hell is that? is that my dead grandma?" If this "Thing" was a person, this person would be sick and dieing. And the crust, like the part you hold on to was "Okay" But the rest that held the thing together was almost non-existent... it was basically cheese I think and meat.. I think. Im not sorry, but this "Thing" was just scary. Like it came from the movie "Thing" remember that movie? I wish I could have taken a picture and showed it to everyone because I would make a game of it. Is this food? and if so, what is it? You would never guess it would be pizza if I took a close up pic to the underside of this thing. PLEASE GET YOU QUALITY CONTROL RIGHT.

Five star counter service, very friendly and knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Zero stars on the quality of the pizza. It was as if the dough had been soaking in grease and oil at a jiffylube before it was cooked. Absolutely not fit for human consumption. Wouldnt even give it to the neighbors dog that barks non-stop. Come on pizzahut, ive had good pizza by you guys before. Now to throw away 2 pizzas when i am starving...its hard to do, but i cant eat this. Even the homeless guy on the corner turned it down after looking at it when i offered him some.

WRECKLESS DELIVERY DRIVERS!!!! A Pizza Hut delivery car from this location decided to tailgate my family all the way from Tualatin to Lake Oswego this evening. We went back to Tualatin to let the company know of this unacceptable behavior. As my wife was in there explaining, the driver, and all his audacity, claimed he was not. I DO NOT appreciate him ENDANGERING my familys lives!!! His license plate number is ZBW 508. I also have several pictures, and a video to support my claim. I would like to see this issue addressed.

Awful experience! When I called, the guy taking my order sounded like he was messed up on something and was having a hard time taking my order. I bought $30 worth of food to be delivered and when I got my food 45 minutes later, it wasnt what I asked for. I called them back and asked the manager to replace my food and he got upset because he wanted to give me a $5 credit instead. He then told me that I am going to have to wait and its going to be an hour and a half until I get my food.

Quality pizza. First, it arrived 10 minutes earlier than promised. The delivery driver was friendly. We customized the pizza and it had the appropriate amount of all toppings. The crust was crispy and was plenty of cheese for stuffed crust. Weve never had the quesopapas but those were really good, not greasy at all. Finally the smores pizza dessert was cooked perfect. Crisp edges and gooey fillings. First time trying pizza hut in Oregon and were definitely now regular customers.

Not happy with the new managger, I went to eat with my kids an this guy did not wanned to sell me a two litter pepsi. Only if i taked to go but not to drinked in the dinning room, He said that we had to buy soda machine for the dinning room. Soda machine doesnt taste the same as the original two litter pepsi in the bottle different flavor before this new manager we can enjoy a good pizza but this guy think hes the owner.

This is seriously ridiculous. I ordered a pizza an hour ago, and it said 30 minutes. I get that its an estimate and it could take a little longer. I am still waiting and its now been over double the estimated time. I called the location and the first time they hung up on me, the second time the put me on hold without even saying hello, and the third time it just kept ringing. Not worth it. Dominoes is at least reliable.

Pizza was so doughy and raw in the middle that it completely disintegrated when you tried to pick it up. Thought they were going to redeem themselves when I called and they had another one delivered. I specifically asked them to make sure it was cooked thoroughly. When it arrived, it was just as bad as the first one. With such poor quality, they will probably be going out of business soon anyway.

Scott is an employer at pizza hut and was the person I spoke on the phone with. His bedside manner is the worst. Im going to get in contact with his manager asap. He sounds like hes messed up on some type of drug. Please have him fired. He said it will take 70 minutes for my food to be delivered he was also yelling at me as he repeated my order, which he continued to get wrong.

I was really worried seeing the negative reviews. Im sorry people had a bad experience. Mine was nothing like that. I didnt have cash on me so I called before ordering to see if I can leave a tip on my card. The employee who answered the phone was friendly and answered my question. Delivery came right on time and it was delicious. Would order again.
