Went in there today to get the $5 lunch. The manager was a total jerk, very rude, and quickly told me it was right after 4pm. He didnt offer the same combo at another price, he just insisted that they dont offer that after 4pm. Like really? You dont want my business, fine, you wont get my business. I got a small blizzard and left. The blizzard was no different from a McDonald Mcflurry that I could have gotten for half the price. Plus, the fucktard college kid had the nerve to grab the order number plastic piece out of my hands because he thought I was going to break it.

We came in and two of us ordered sandwiches. Separate orders. One came quickly. The other...a simple burger took 15 minutes and only came after I asked twice what the problem was. The clerks were busy chatting amongst themselves and not monitoring the orders. I was informed that our hamburger was forgotten. They finally brought it out but the lack of attention to the management of the orders and the casual neglect of two women waiting for many minutes while others got their orders filled after ours was distressing. Please fix this problem.

I do not like the set up and I wait about 15 minutes just for 1 blizzard. I dont know why they ask here or to go when they give you a table number anyhow and food comes as if eating inside when ya clearly said to go. Dairy queen in keizer doesnt have a smooth system. Several employees check the same ticket and give food without throwing the ticket so it gets checked again. Although the cashiers are very friendly and always has a smile, unfortunately I feel their system sucks at this specific location.

This Dairy Queen recently hired a young woman with curly brown hair who really brightened my day. Every time I go there now after school she offers a smile and wishes me a wonderful day. Even when it hasnt been the best day (hence the need for ice cream) she makes it better.

I orderd a small royal strawberry cheese cake blizzard and they gave me a oreo blizzard they dont sound alike and they also sloped my blt together and my brothers dilley bar when he asked for chocolate mint and they gave him a regular cocolate and vinilla dilley bar

Slow but very personable service. Management doesnt seem to schedule enough employees to cover busy periods. No condiments or napkins at the tables any longer, something that previously stood out among fast food restaurants.

This should not be labeled drive thru when it takes 20min to get a cone. Last time we went inside and it took just as long. My French fries were totally cold and disgusting. I love this place but this is truly disappointing.

2nd time they have messed up my order. The first i ordered a medium cookie dough blizzard and they gave me mint.They were nice enough to give us a free blizzard but now i ordered a flamethrower and I got a deluxe burger.....
