Food is great and is one of our favorite places to eat. Everytime that we order we do roughly $30-$40 worth of food for our group. However the service has truly vanished. not only do they mess up our orders but they are also rude when we attempt to correct the order. In fact this most recent time they made us pay for the corrected order on top of paying for the item that we didnt order. The employees working were constantly on their phones from the time that we ordered as well as when we were explaining the issue to them. Their phones were so distracting that they attempted to verify how many egg rolls we wanted....ummm none lol. looks like we will be going to Momijis from now on for good food and good service.

Bought Yokasodo noodles (plain, not veg or meat) was charged $8.95. They said that the order was doubled. It was not at all. I have bought Love Love Teriyaki food in Keizer for over 5 years and when I order this it is usually $4-5 and the amount of noodles is the same as what I received today. Not enough to be level in the to-go container, but enough for a dinner. I cant believe they would charge me the same price as if I ordered it with Chicken. I should have known not to go here when I pulled up and the parking lot was empty. Be warned. They will rip you off!!! Very disappointed. Wouldnt even let me talk to the manager about this. Stay away!

Our office used to love this place. The food is good. Lately, however, they cant seem to get our orders right and the wait staff is constantly on their personal cell phones. If they could peel themselves away from their phones, maybe orders would be correct. Most restaurants would comp part of the meal after the 3rd order was wrong but instead we ended up having to pay for the wrong order AND the correct order. The owners are fabulous but the employees up front need some training in customer service and attention to detail.

One of my favorite restaurants, but... 2 Stars only because: If you have issues with shellfish, specifically prawns, dont order the VEGETABLE tempura, because Love Love purposely includes a large prawn as a "bonus". OK unless you have allergies or are "vegan"... I told them about the possibility of making someone really sick quite awhile ago, but they continue to include the "surprise". Not a good idea! Other than this, usually very good food, especially the teriyaki or spicy chicken dishes.

2nd or 3rd day in a row the store closed at 8pm because they didnt have "enough business" or whatever excuse you come up with. Well sorry to say but youve lost over $300 in sales because of it. When you guys actually stay open, its fantastic. Try keeping your doors open and grills hot until its ACTUALLY time to close shall we?

This place was a once or twice a week place to eat, but getting a to go lunch special with tip costs 9 bucks. Its hard to justify that price when Paddingtons has a 6 dollar pizza. Now I go when the mood hits me which has turned into about once a month.

Good food overall. My kids love this place. Love the Teriyaki "anything". You do get a lot of food for a reasonable price. Whenever Im in Salem visiting my sister, I go here & get dinner to go to feed the "whole gang".

I get random cravings where I will eat there for a week straight. I absolutely love the food and friendly faces. My 2 year old absolutely loves the food as well and she is a super picky eater! Keep up the amazing work!

Have tried Love Love on Liberty, in Keizer, and Downtown. Although their food has descent flavor why is it they cant serve it hot? At all three locations we were served lukewarm food, borderline cold.

Love Love is delicious and cheap! I have never met a person that didnt like this place. I always get the Teriyaki chicken bowl and gyoza. Usually too much food for me to eat, but I cant help myself!

Nothing exotic and not the biggest servings but its something the entire family will eat. Its also clean and the staff is friendly. We will continue to go here once or twice a months.

Always a good choice, the food is fresh and hot and consistent. The lunch special is a great deal (usually more than I can eat) and this location has a nice dining area.
