So we never actually made it inside our experience was walking up to the bar when we were accosted by an employee. He started out by telling us the spot we parked in was not a spot and had he stopped there that would have been fine we told we didnt know and that we would move mind you I was with my friend another female and at this point he started to tell us we parked like idiots, we tried explaining we chose this spot for shade since we had my friends dog with us in the car, he became so condescending and was now telling us we were idiots and if we touched his car (which was an older model Subaru) he was going to kick our car and when my friend asked for his name he told her to go F*** herself. At this point we were trying to leave and when we were trying to get in the car he comes up in my face and tried to get in his car so I had to start yelling at him to get away from us. I dont understand how you keep any regular customers with such a disrespectful employee who as we are getting in the car tells us F*** you! I really hope you deal with an obvious problem on your staff no one should be allowed to treat ANYONE they way he treated us!!! *If I could have given zero stars I would have!!

Parked my car on the side of the building and was attacked verbally by a male waiter. He did not want us to park next to his car because according to him I am an idiot that would hit his car. As we are telling him we were leaving he was calling us idiots. Brown hair, red shirt. He would not give his name, just told me to go f myself. We were not aggressive, and just tried to explain that we were parked next to him for the shade for my pup. All windows down and needed lots of shade. We were happy to move but as we walked back to our car he said, "if you touch my car I am going to kick yours." That was when my friend had to start yelling at him to get away from her because he was physically and aggressively trying to get into his car door as my friend was trying to get in my car so we could leave. It was outstandingly outrageous!! A woman has to pull him away from us so we could leave. It was crazy and I will never go near this restaurant ever again!! I did try to get a manager on the phone after we left and unfortunately the same guy answered and just started swearing at me. I do not recommend anyone go to this place!!

Walked into this place because I saw the English flag outside. I guess I was silly to assume they had an English beer on tap. Apparently they used to be an English pub but due to pressure from customers has shifted to serve all the same local beers as everyone else around. The only saving grace is that they still have guinness on tap. But one life preserver wouldnt save the titanic and neither will it save this place. What a shame. Great location.

Came here on a whim while in Hood River. My girlfriend got the fish and chips and describes them as meaty, crisp and delicious. She got three pieces of fish and stayed crisp with the malt vinegar on it. I had the Burger with potato chips. It was a perfect medium, the cheddar, bacon and bun were absolutely perfect on it. Id definitely hit this place back up again for the food. We didnt get drinks, which we will be sure to next time.

Should stop serving food. Worst salmon sandwich Ive ever eaten. Ate 2 bites. Took 50 minutes to get said sandwich. Its filthy from top to bottom. Fine for a beer if you dont care what kind of spilled mess you sit in to drink it.

Decent tap list, good bottle selection. Prices arent great, but its hood river. You can get bottles to go, they are a dollar less than the listed price.
