We ordered 2 bacon Swiss buttery Jacks and got one and the second was a classic buttery jack when we came up to the window and told them the problem the skinnier girl was very confused even though we had explained what had happened 3+ times and then she came back with the burger and when we asked for the receipt back that we apparently had to show for proof she flat out refused to give it back to us claiming she had to keep it to show her boss then we finally got another but this one was a reprint with no code for giving a score or complaint and why couldnt she have kept the damn reprint instead she was very rude and very ignorant.

The perpous of visiting was an attempt correcting or order but no location when answer there store phone we decided to go to the location on TV Highway address at 1625 Hillsboro Oregon. The worker who I spoke to was completely intolerant of my problem and proceeded to refuse to correct my order even though I had my receipt and it was only the day before and I did try calling. I just thought it was completely unprofessional and not a very good experience, I would appreciate if you could either get ahold of me

horrible, people making my food were handling money, they took forever and i was watching them sweep while their was food be made right next to the person sweeping, unsure of even eating my food after i saw what just happened , i was hungry, when i opened my burger and took a bite their was a hair inside, just disgusting, horrible food, horrible, service, horrible hygience

Horrible. Went to the drive through already been there for 10 minutes was told to wait out front to get my food went inside after another 10 minutes was told oh sorry for the wait heres your food have a good day?? You said you would bring it out lazy asses. And my wife got a half piece of chicken on her salad. Place is a joke dont waste your time or money.

CONS: Gotten my order wrong a couple times, usually make you wait 5-7 minutes if you order food with chicken or order too much food. They have mediocre customer service. PROS: Lobby is pretty clean, food is always hot, the outside of the restaurant is pretty clean.

I work next to jack in the box so I often go there. I also often end up waiting my entire lunch break just for food. Sharks makes food faster than this hole of a place, and its a real restaurant. If management reads this, you need to hire more staff, you retards.

Not good. It took about 10 times of back and forth to order two sandwiches due to a lack of english on Jacks part. The district manager that served us was rude and unfriendly. Food was cold and not worth the bad experience. Will not be returning.

Theyre slow. Theyre ineffective in getting all all of my order up at the same time. I have had many interactions with the manager and he is mean to children and insincere when he he responds to my incomplete order needing to get filled.

This is the worst decision Ive made since Crystal Meth! I regretted eating here half way into my meal, something felt wrong with my stomach. Dont do it, youd be better off eating hamburger helper or something at home.

Most of the time they have good service and food. I had one day that all my burgers were dry and seemed to have been sitting in a warmer for a while. I just ask them to make everything fresh now and it is good.

Typical Jack in the box fare. Usually good food and service. The drive thru is open till 1 am during the week but is open 24 hours Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
