My husband and I went to this restaurant today on our way through town, knowing we like Baja Fresh in general. We were surprised by an over-the-top amazing experience. Because of an auto-immune disease, I have to be really careful with gluten. I asked about a couple things I was ordering to verify that they were gluten free. I neglected to ask about the steak salad I was ordering, though, assuming it would be fine. I got my order, along with my special requests (please hold the... and a side of...). Our food came, we sat down to start eating, and just as I was starting my salad, the young lady that took our order approached our table. Im not sure what took place behind the scenes, but some 5 minutes after our order was received, she had realized that my order DID have gluten included. She hurried to our table-side, and after informing me that my dish wasnt actually gluten-free, she offered to bring me a replacement dish with a gluten free meat for free. Though we tried to pay for the replacement in gratitude for her attentiveness, she wouldnt allow us to, and when another worker brought the replacement (including the special requests), she let me know for my next time what proteins would be gluten free. The whole time, the staff was very helpful, and caring, not placing any blame on me, though I should have asked about the dish. After a super tough weekend for my husband and I, the extraordinary efforts of the staff were not only a bright spot, but also helped me to avoid any unpleasant symptoms that would have made my weekend even worse. By the way, the food, service, atmosphere, and general experience was great as always! Thank you, Baja Fresh!

We love Bahamas Fresh... but you must know what to order. We never eat there w/o a coupon.. Sorry... but otherwise it just isnt a value. The food is very American, so I only order tacos... and guacamole (its delish)... what keeps me coming back is their salsa bar... so many different salsas and condiments... too bad Chipotle Grill is stingy and unimaginative w their salsas... thats the tipping point for us!

I usually love Baja Fresh. Moved from Portland and tried the Eugene location. Ordered the taquitos and the fundido was old and curdled and the taquitos were over cooked. Was a first for me having a bad plate at baja. I dont think that I will go to this location again anytime soon. I will try again after a bit of time passes to see if quality improves.

Their flour tortillas are pretty thin which is good, they have either black or pinto beans, whole only. When you ask for a beans and cheese burrito the dont drain the beans so you end up literally drinking your burrito and the worst part is that that they are 5.50, really? A beans and cheese burrito? They are probably made out of gold

The food is hood, but the service is great. Food comes fast, theyvare always friendly amd patient and for a fast food place, they are very attentive. I usually have one or two employees check up on me during lunch. Of you are a fan of this kind of food, I really recommend this restaursnt. Also very kid friendly.

I go into this place at least 3 days a week and I love it. The staff is always great and the food is always fixed to my special taste, with no nickel and dimeing me for every little change I ask for. Not to mention the fresh Salsa bar is fabulous!

Fresh & very good. Carnival burrito was excellent, shrimp salad was real good too. I dint much care for the ornamental lettuce in the salad as it was real tough &chewy. We sat outside near a water fountain and enjoyed or lunch.
