Worst service ever. Our bartender was unprofessional and made comments directly to my face on how look. I have never experienced service that bad my entire life. He also didnt not want to give us menus after we asked. He then disappeard for 15 min, then made our drinks with no alcohol ( we watched while he did it since hes behavior was very odd) . Based on that whole strange experience I wouldnt even give this place one star. I feel on if he was mistreating us because of our race because people came in after us who were Caucasian and he was completely different and attentive. Please do not go to this place. It is 2016 and this place is stuck in the 50s with the service . Such a sad,disgusting, ignorant situaiton that was unessary.

Ixtapa has a very excellent family friendly setting with equally if not better food and hospitality! Our last experience consisted of a to go order of Super Nachos, Chicken Enchilada, and Shredded Beef Tacos which all were done in the matter of 8 minutes tops. While I waited for my food the cashier/waiter kept up a conversation with Me so that my whole 8 minute wait wouldnt have bored me to death. Food was hot, well prepared/seasoned and had that authentic homemade family Mexican food taste. If you like authentic Mexican food we highly recommend! There is a reason there are no other Mexican Restaurants in Veneta anymore.

generally have received good food and good service, however today I took guests out to lunch and it was terrible. Absolutely no flavor to the taco salad, just soggy meat mixture with lettuce, no tomato, no flavor. The waiter was hard to understand. and we kept having to ask him to repeat what he said. I realize that this is a Mexican restaurant but this is the United States and if youre dealing with the public you should speak English, and speak it well.

Woke up today more ill than yesterday, I am sick and blowing out of both ends, My grandmother got sick to right after we ate the same thing. I have not seen her in over a month, we both became ill after eating the same thing!!!!! I am so pissed I ate here, I would not wish what I am going through on anyone!

My husband and I went to dinner there with his family. The food was absolutely delicious. My margarita was very yummy as well. Their portions are very big so there was more than enough food. Some of the best Mexican food I have had in a long time.

Really yummy food. Had there vegetarian enchilada espscieal, and it was delicious not to mention filling! I had leftovers. The staff was all very courteous and attentive. I would definitely stop in again, if i was already on my way through.

Came in for a late dinner & both food and service were good. Got the carne asada plate & didnt enjoy it as much as the carne fajitas - good but just not flavorful. Probably going to be our "go to" restaurant here :)

Horrible service. Avoid this place. Too bad the food is actually decent. But not worth the headache of trying to find your server/ bartender. Before the food even came out had to ask for it to go , due to service.

The only place Ive found in Lane County with real Carne Asada steaks. Big portions, the meat was cooked to perfection. This place is fantastic.
