Today was just damn ridiculous. We have gone to this restaurant many times and have had great service every time. Then today we get a server who walks up doesnt say a word and looks at us like well WHAT DO YOU WANT? So we took the hint and ordered. Never once came back except for on the fly asked if I wanted more Salsa and never brought it. Her appearance can be described as mid to late 40s Dark and Light Brown Hair, square glasses, and last but most importantly NEVER SMILES. We believe her name is Lorena, so if you get her either deal with it or ask for someone new. We are very generous tippers as my wife has managed restaurants for 25 years and knows the business side very well. Today we could only justify a small tip 5%. We love the food and always will. Today is the first bad experience but bad enough to ask for a different server every time she would approach our table.

Ordered tacos de pescado and they were ENORMOUS. They used probably 8 inch tortillas and there were 3 of them, each the size of my hand, plus the standard refried beans and rice. Inside was mildly spiced fish, iceberg lettuce, cheap pre-shredded yellow cheese (hardly even cheddar) and huge pale tomato slices. My bfs mother got spinach enchiladas, which came drowned in fake "cheese" sauce. Boyfriends mole was good. The menu at this place is outrageously huge and lends credence to the idea that the bigger the menu, the less thought that goes into the food. Typically generic American mexican. If youve been fortunate to have authentic tacos this place is a huge disappointment. Steer clear. The only good thing was how fast the food came out, under ten minutes... or maybe its bad. Just hope we dont get sick like another reviewer said keeps happening to them...

What a fantastic Mexican restaurant, a real gem! Great, authentic, and delicious Mexican food (I cant stress the delicious enough). A generous menu, huge portion sizes, and a friendly atmosphere and nicely decorated restaurant. Another selling point is one of the cleanest restrooms Ive ever seen in a restaurant. A clean restroom is always one of the first places I look at a restaurant. You know that if someone keeps their restroom clean, they keep their kitchen clean, and they care about the overall cleanliness of the place. So yeah, again, this was not only a clean restroom, it was actually a very pretty one (the mens sink is painted by hand!). Our server was great, the food was great, the atmosphere was great. All-in-all, this is the best Mexican restaurant Ive ever eaten at in Salem!

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FOOD I RECIEVED. So to whom this my concern: So i just got a meal from your establishment and it was pathtic. The food was COLD and the rice and beans tasted like it was from the bottom of the bowl and LOOKED like it WAS the bottom of the bowl. I cant believe that i order take out from a RESTAURANT, not fast food, and i have to make sure that my food is good, warm, and fresh before i leave your restaurant. So WARNING to all who get TOGO orders. You should just go to Taco Bell. ---VERY DISAPPOINTED--- $25 meal and i had to warm my food in the microwave, 1 and half minutes everyone.

My pregnant wife is addicted to the enchiladas cremadas and their cabbage salad you get with beans for your chips. OK, my wife has always been addicted to the enchiladas cremadas and the cabbage salad, but especially when she is pregnant. Personally, I go for the burrito chorizo. The price fits the amount of food you get. If you have two small children they can split a kids meal. The staff are friendly and your food is prepared quickly. A+.

Never having been to Mexico, I cant tell you if this is authentic "Jalisco Style" or not. I can tell you the food is delicious and the portions are huge! My favorites: Arroz con Pollo with the handmade flour tortillas (like eating heaven!) and the dark, real brewed iced tea. This location of the local chain is the best in town.

I love going to this place. They have a great menu with decent prices (some ranging above $16). The overall vibe is welcoming and their food is high quality and delicious. The staff are nice and they are fairly quick too. Their freshly made tortillas are absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We went to La Hacienda Real for dinner last Friday Night. I ordered the vegetarian spinach, tomatoes and onion dish. There were 3 pieces of diced tomato with spinach inside a corn tortilla bathed in nacho cheese sauce. I sent it back (it was terrible tasting) and the waitress brought me the exact same dish again.

Came here recently for lunch & came back for dinner just two weeks later. Such a great variety of food you cant find anywhere else in Salem. They always provide complimentary appetizers of kimchi & other assorted small plates as well. Meals always arrive hot & delicious! I recommend the Dol Sot Bibim Bap! So good!

“Great food at great prices” The burgers are very large and tasty. You can get the burger just about any way you want with many options for toppings, cheeses and sauces. Fries are greasy but yummy. The food is made to order not made in advance so it is fresh and juicy. Will definitely go back again and again

Bentleys Grill provides delicious food, warm atmosphere, efficient servers, and easy parking in downtown Salem. Try the Northwest seafood chowder, extremely delicious, perfect for lunch. Bentleys is perfect for a date or dinner for the family. My family has been their numerous times.

Passing thru town and got this restaurant off Google. Did not disappoint! Was a drive off hwy 5 but worth it for good food--handmade tortillas!--and beautiful tile decor. Had bacon wrapped shrimp entree and loved the bean and slaw complimentary dip along side usual chips and salsa.

We came here for a birthday dinner and the food was really good and they came out and sang happy birthday with a very crowded restaurant with a tambourine and a maraca. The food was awesome, the people were great, come early and if there is a wait, dont leave. Its worth it.

I have been to this location numerous times, the food is great! I always order the taquitos, a quesadilla, or the chicken taco salad. (Not all at one time!) I usually divide my plate into two portions and have leftovers the next day. Their takeout is excellent as well.

Usually dont have any problems, service not too good this time. Had to ask for our drinks twice and never received them. Had to hunt someone down after about ten minutes after of finishing up to get our check. This was about 1:45 on Friday so wasnt that busy.

I was impressed with the quality and speed of their service. I ordered their chicken carnitas with fresh corn tortillas. It was delicious. The portions are generous. Even after a full day of skiing I couldnt eat it all. Last but not least, the price is right!
