On 2/18/2012, My sister, Newborn child, and I were out in the car. My 32 day old child was screaming in the backseat of the car, as she was hungry. We pulled up to this shop, began our coffee orders, and then asked the African American crew member if we could have a cup of warm water. She claimed she couldnt give out water. We then explained with was for a hungry infant in the back seat, (which she heard screaming), She again told us "I cant give out water". I then asked how much to purchase a 4 ozs of water... She again told me "I cant sell you a cup of water". As I see this situation, she denied my starving child the right to eat. This came down to human needs, and not company policies. Im OUTRAGED, and Appalled at the fact she had no heart... and will NOT be giving my money to this business.

Awful service, stuck up baristas that had me sitting there for 10 minutes, even after my drink had been made, they just let it sit there thinking that I had already received my drink.
