I ordered 4 coffee in the drive through service. Guess what, after driving to my friends place I sip of my coffee and I realize it is just a cup of hot water . Wont they even check? Why would i drive to get hot water. Later , I drive all the way back and in tell them you gave me hot water. They Dont think its a big. No apology and no refund and no remorse. Bluntly gave another coffee and "there you go" Why Should I drive back to get what I should have got in the first place ?

I was buying a reusable cup so I can have my coffee on the bus, Marson made my coffee and didnt even put it in the cup I was buying. So upset so I wasted $4, Im never going to Starbucks again.

Paid extra for caramel drizzle and didnt get it. It even had "CRdrizz" written on the cup. I was trying to tell the lady but she was too busy flirting with some co-worker.
