YNot Have Fun? Ill tell you Y ---> Worst Customer Service EVER!!!Long, but worth the read. The employees running the laser tag side of the business were rude, disrespectful, unprofessional & unengaged. Terrible customer service, unbelievable the amount of passive aggressive back talk. After dealing with management its obvious the bad customer service starts at the top and works its way down to most of the employees that work there. We had a scheduled birthday party for specific/reserved hours. The boys had to wait 90 minutes between games of laser tag. Our 2nd game of laser tag began with 7 minutes left in our allotted time. Which meant that our party ran late. We were told it was b/c there were so many walk-ins that day. Also 3 of the laser guns during the 2nd game malfunctioned. Not only costing time away from the game to deal with the bad equipemnt but diminishing the enjoyemnt of the entire game for everyone. 1) Walk-ins should do the waiting, not the prescheduled & paid parties. I was not the only one with this problem. I heard another mom complaining about the same problem for her sons party. 2) Employee Ashley was constantly eating and drinking in front of the customers. She even spoke to customers with her mouth full & chewing. 3) Employee Max told me that if I wanted a better party I should have "bought a more expensive package". He was dismissive & argumentative 4) Our "party host", Abbie (a lovely girl but not attentive) went on break in the middle of our party. No one was making sure we got our 2nd round of laser tag in before all the walk-ins....hence the 90 minutes our party just sat at their table waiting. I believe a huge part of the problem was no manager was on duty and a bunch of teenagers were running the show.....VERY BADLY. Not only will I never go to this establishment again, I will tell everyone I know to never go here or book a party with this business. One bright note was an employee from the restaurant/bar, Heather. She tried to help us and had amazing customer service skills. They need to re-train all the other party and laser tag employees. I did not get all their names but talked to many of them and the general attitude was one of annoyance and apathy. Do not waste your hard earned money at this business. I would suggest Revolution Parkour, South West Community Pool, Metro Gymnastics, Impact Action Sports Paint Ball or Ultra Zone Laser Tag, West Side Dance & Gymnastics. So many better places to host your party! YNOT Have Fun is under new ownership. They are not off to a good start in my book! #ynothavefun #worstcustomerserviceever

Great place! We were visiting Portland for the weekend my 25 yr old son and I were looking for a place that we could eat,try some beer from local breweries and do something fun other then just sitting around so my son found this place online, hmmm a place called yep :)) YNOT Have Fun / LaserPort / Bar & Grill. What a good find this place just got new laser tag equipment, nice stuff! (only thing we found so so was the game room, look like they where fixing the place up, cosmetic improvement stuff) But thats ok I guess if youre local, The Bar & Grill looked nice and new the food & beer were also good. I talked to the manager of the place, she told me that this business is under new ownership that its a local family that owns the place and that they are trying all the time to make it better. Ha what a good manager, she was friendly and helpful. Well I hope my son gets a job as a firefighter out there in the Beaverton, Portland area everyone was so nice out there. Thanks everyone!

YNOT has stepped up their game in recent months with upgraded food options, a nice selection of liquor and beer options, and friendly staff. The only off-putting element to be found here for the regular 30 something commercial/industrial office worker (which seems a common crowd here on Thursday/Friday nights), is the onslaught of kids from the connected arcade / fun center. Its weird sitting down for a beer with a group of adults next to a table full of kids throwing shuffleboard pucks at each other and eating pizza.

Through the many iterations of this place I like this one the best. The atmosphere is inviting and the calming wood paneling at the bar makes it friendly and easy to walk up and engage with the wait staff. They are super friendly and fun to talk to. Having the arcade in the side makes it fun for the whole family. They are going to be updating and bringing more variety as well so Im really looking forward what this place is going to bring!

I hear many comments about remembering this place from childhood and how great it was. Now, with the new laser tag equipment, you can revisit your childhood. I was pleasantly surprised by the new gear. Its light years ahead of the old equipment and the specialty games with the membership are so much fun.

Friendly staff and a fun location. Not sure what this would be like for a kids party, but for a group of guys celebrating a bachelor party it was a lot of fun. 30 taps in the bar, good prices for everything all around and the laser tag, although dated, was tons of fun.

We love this place, we take our youth group here and have a great time. Ashley is the party planner and she helps us whenever we come. The people go above and beyond to make our experience amazing every time !

Good food, prices are decent. Good beer selection. Its a nice little place to grab a sandwich or pizza, a drink or beer, then play a game of lasertag. Would recommend, and I have been back a couple times.

Service was great and they have a pretty good beer selection. They even have some house beers that Uptown Market made for them. I wouldnt necessarily go here for the food but it is a fun bar to hang out at.

The food was much better than I expected. Large selection of great beers on tap. Its a large space, so its great for large groups of people. Theres laser tag and arcade games on the other side!

I mean who doesnt like Lazer tag... The only reason why its not 5 is parking sucks and leaving the parking lot if you dont have a lifted truck you will scrape the bottom of your car
