We went with a friend to listen to a band and get some dinner and drinks. The set up is not great to listen to the band, but not terrible. Most of the tables where you could clearly see the band were either taken or reserved which was a bit of a disappointment as my friend had tried to call ahead for reservations and was told they would not take reservations? We started with the Spinach and Artichoke dip which was tasty, but did have a bit too much of the leafy part of the artichoke which gave it a poor texture. My wife and I both had the Dungeness Crab and Bay Shrimp sandwich.which was very tasty. I started with the loaded potato soup of the day which was thick and rich and had great flavors. My wife had a garden salad which was nothing special, but OK. My friend had the Baked Halibut which he said was also very good. The only disappointment was that the server brought my friends salad out for him first, and did not bring my soup until my dinner came, and totally forgot my wifes salad until we asked about it with the dinner. For the most part however the server was friendly and did stop by often to check on whether we needed more drinks or food. The music was very good and the sound level albeit a bit loud for talking was very good for dancing which was the main intent. The place was crowded and people were having a good time dancing. The dance floor was a bit small for the size of the crowd as we were bumped many times when we got up to dance (not too unusual, but a caveat none the less). Overall I found it to be a very good place and will likely go back.

I had heard that they had the best clam chowder in town so I went for lunch with my family. The clam chowder tasted like it was made quite a few days ago, was reheated, pretty bland and so separated it looked like they poured oil in it. I also had, what was on the menu as, beer battered fish and chips what I got was frozen fish sticks and frozen fries. It was soggy and tasteless AND $16.99!!!. My wife had soup and salad.. her clam chowder was the same microwaved crap and her "House" salad looked like it came from a pre-made bag of wilted iceberg lettuce and dried out carrots with purple cabbage you would get from Safeway for $2 a bag. My daughter had Mac and Cheese from the kids menu which came about 5 min after the rest of the food and was crunchy but that is most likely because it looked like a .49 cent generic box of mac and cheese and I could hear the cook say to put it in the microwave and they charge almost $7 for it.... Im pretty sure all the food came from a freezer bag and was heated in the microwave. They did end up taking the Mac and Cheese off the bill because she didnt even eat it and what kid wont eat mac and cheese...but it was still over $40 for a stomach ache and complete disappointment. The only redeeming quality is that the server was great. She took good care of us. If you want a decent place to get a drink check it out for a game but I would definitely not recommend eating here.. Needless to say I wont be going back. I wish the new owners luck but they seriously need do something about the food. The food is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!

This is a place me and my husband come to occasionally when we get a night out. The food, drinks and service are usually great. Sadly, tonight this was not the case. We sat at our table for 25 mins staring at a menu with no drinks in front of us (CLEARLY WAITING FOR SERVICE) while two different servers passed by us several times, grabbing empty glasses from the nearby tables of customers that had been there all night and were definately overserved. I decided to get up and ask if we could get someone to come take our order, the girl sent the server that kept walking past us and ignoring our presence to come help us. She came over and was studdering like she didnt have time to take our order and said she had something to drop off and shed be right back. So we waited again.. A few minutes later we decided just to leave. It had gotten ridiculous by this point. Im sorry to say that we will not be coming back. This experience made us feel unappreciated as customers. Peace out Billy Blues, it was nice knowing ya.

So I will tell everyone that the prime rib dip may be the best I have ever tasted. I have never been disappointed with a dine in meal. However, I must relay my complete disappointment with my take home order. If you have tried the creamy tomato soup, you know it is exceptional. I ordered two bowls of this soup to take home and paid 10.86. When I got home, I realized that this chef filled 4 cup sized containers just barely over half full. Each one of the cups was only a few mouthfuls. As I had a cup of this soup with my meal today and previously, and know what a standard amount is for a cup of soup, I immediately knew that I was charged at least twice the price for what I ordered. I believe I received less than a bowl of soup but was charged for two. Be careful folks and verify your order before paying. Even though I did like this establishment and frequented often, they may have lost my business as well as those that I know.

We stopped by on a Sunday evening, they werent all that busy as expected. There were 4 of us and we ordered a salad, a cold sandwich, a shrimp cocktail and some chicken strips. As we waited for our food the two tables behind us finished and then filled again. Both of them ordered and received their food before we did. Then another waitress / manager brought out some food for us, out of the three things she brought to my wife and I two were completely wrong and then for the other two with she did not even know what they ordered. We did not ask for any compensation, but usually when a place screws up this badly they will own up to it a little. In the end they did not seem to care that they messed up our order. It appears that they are going back to the ways of the previous management. We will not be going back until they change their ways.

I was here for a Tribute Band concert featuring Unchained and Poisonus. I did not expect much more than standard tavern fare. When I took a peek at the menu, I was stunned. This place not only has a great variety, but then the server came to the table. The quality of service was as good if not better than you would find in any sit-down restaurant. I had one of their amazing prime rib plates and the wife enjoyed the pasta. Both were served in generous portions at a darn good price. Then the music began. This place has AMAZING sound and it is clear that the staff makes a serious effort to ensure the bands are coming across clean and clear. What an amazing place to see a show. The stage is small, but that just adds to the charm and up-close level you have with the performers.
