Great spot for breakfast, and very well positioned within a nice little shopping center on Sonoma Mountain Parkway. I have (in the past) been here for lunch, but have never been particularly dazzled by the lunch menu. That having been said, in all fairness, I dont care for burgers. So... the burgers might be good, but Im not the person to ask. Breakfast; my favorite meal of the day - now theres something to write about, and its all good. I really like the "feel" of the restaurant, and theres some really good energy here during the morning rush. Waitresses are great (as is everyone else Ive been helped by), and the breakfast is always Spot On - served hot and within a reasonable amount of time - no matter how busy they might be. I also appreciate that there always seems to be someone wandering around with coffee pots to keep everyone warmed up. Overall, after a few visits to Flamez, theyve always been a Hit - no misses!

What can I say about one of my favorite places to eat on the East side? The food is diner/diverse and packed chock-a-block with good old fashioned COMFORT. The people who work there are friendly, funny and if you come in more than once the will remember you. The atmosphere is welcoming and the booths cozy. It is everything a neighborhood grill should be. If you live on the East side you should really check it out (ok, if you live on the West side as well!).
