The manager Jennifer was very rude to my husband and I. She rushed us through our entire ordering process and kept cutting us off when we spoke. There was no one else in line and no one waiting on food so there shouldnt have been a reason to rush us so quickly. As she was ringing us up the only thing she said to us, rudely, was our total, she grabbed the card finished ringing us up handed it back and then just walked away. Never said thank you or have a nice day and didnt ask if we would like any sauces like soy sauce. She also seemed to be very rude to her employees. I only know shes the manager because I asked on of the other employees if I could speak with the manager on staff and the told me it was her. Ive been in a few times before and I do clearly remember her because she has always seemed very rude to both the customers and her staff every time. If it werent for the customer service, from the manager, I wouldnt have an issue with this place. All the other staff is very nice. The only issue Ive ever had has been with the manager.

I actually do like Panda Express and come here often enough, its just that they dont have a 3.5 which is what Id prefer to give them than a 3. I cant give a 4 or 5, because for years, Ive been concerned that their food is way too greasy and has too few vegetarian options (in fact, other than their steamed plain veggies and white rice and chow mein, there ARE no other vegetarian options). Fast food companies need to get with the times. Have tofu on the menu! (which i have asked them many times to do). Have a more flavorful steamed veggie dish. I hope they update their nutritious offerings soon. Thank goodness I also eat seafood sometimes so that when they have their grilled shrimp dishes I get those. But they still need more healthful, lighter protein and veggie entrees.

Right away i will say that the taste of food is really good. Bad thing about my visit was that i was going to get bigger plate for $8 almost $9. It said i can pick 1 side and 3 meets. But everything you take but 2 sorts of chicken is extra $1 or almost $2 extra. But thats not the bad part, bad part that they tell you that when you are ready to pay. Not when you actually picking. Basically you can only get chicken for that price. And thats ok. But tell it to me right away. THATS SCAM

My experience with the manager of this Panda Express has been entirely wonderful! She is a delight to work with, as well as her staff and they always make us feel welcome like neighbors. They remember us every time we come in, even if it has been a month. I would refer anyone I know to go here for a quick, easy and delicious alternative to drive thru fast food, or if you just dont have time to make a home cooked meal!

Ive only been here twice so far. The first time, I went for lunch and I felt like my food was really fresh. It was delicious. Although, the second time, my boyfriend and I went for dinner and the food wasnt as great...I felt a little sick later on that night but I dont believe it was because of Panda...who knows? It was clean and the staff all seemed friendly. Overall, I love Panda Express regardless.

Came for a late dinner. Food was ok. One item was freshly made and hot but the other was lukewarm. Most table were empty however they were also dirty. I sat at the only one that seemed cleaned. Floor had dropped items about. While I was eating, a couple cleaned the table behind me themselves so they could sit and eat. The store was NOT busy and I think they could have cleaned up.

Late night at the office and hungry for home cooked food. There are lots of bad fast-food options out there but Panda express is not one of them. The food was being made fresh right up to closing time and I love their new takeout containers! The stay closed better than the Styrofoam ones and look more generously filled.

I was waiting for 15 minutes to be served with no other customers in the store. I had 3 employees just walk by and not even acknowledge me and say anything at all. Very rude and unprofessional. The food is usually good but I dont think I will be coming here anymore if they treat their customers like an inconvenience.

Its always clean and the service is usually good. The employee named Armando (I think hes a manager now) is my favorite. His customer service is always great. Great option if you want a quick, decently priced meal. Portions a bit smaller compared to locally owned take-out places. Its the McDonalds of take-out.

Prices are comparable to your other fast food restaurants. Portions are decent. But its not the same Panda Express I grew up eating...theyve changed some things. The rice was good today, but usually its not as seasoned as it is today, which is unfortunate.

This panda express is horrible. I love the orange chicken with panda express but anytime we go to this one its almost always very dry so I have to ask for extra sauce. Today the chicken was so horribly overcooked is was hard as a rock. Very disappointed

Food was decent, but Im pretty sure the lady behind the counter was the definition of "Dragon Lady". Clearly she did not want to be there and it showed. Will not return to this store again. Plenty of great restaurants in the harbor without this place

The only problem I have is I ALWAYS have to wait for them to cook sweet & sour chicken. Seem to be out most times. I am here for another visit. No chicken, sweet & sour & no one cooking any. People are very nice.

I love fake american chinese food, and i love panda, but this place... its slow. Have had to wait for food several times on times i didnt think were particularly busy. Slightly annoying. But quality is normal.

Pretty typical Panda Express. When the urge strikes for mall-style Chinese fast food, you cant go wrong. Beef broccoli is my staple for this spot... They wok it up just fine.

Extremely quick service, reasonably large portion sizes, and delicious food. Never seems to be crowded. Tastes very close to authentic Chinese food

I used to love Panda Express.. but either the chain has changed, or this one is off.. because the food is oily and bland.
