On June 16th placed a to go order at this store. The place was understaffed and had orders piling up. When we finally got our order we went home, only to find one of our meal boxes didnt have its entrees, only the white rice. We called in the tell the store and were offered no reparations. When we went in the girl who helped us was very flippant about the situation, gave us our order and when we didnt seem happy told us "You got a whole meal." when we never got a meal. We had to make a whole trip back to the store just to get the food that we ordered and payed for and were treated very poorly for our own trouble.

The chow mein was burnt. Not just a little either. When I went up to the counter to get some new, they only had the burnt kind, but if I wanted to wait 10-15 minutes I could have fresh. I asked for rice instead. They never pulled the burnt chow mein off the line and continued to serve it to new customers coming in. Plus, when I asked them to throw away my plate with the visible burnt chow mein, they told me, "the garbage is over there". We wont be going back

Granted they were busy, they forgot my 2nd entrée in a two entrée meal. Had to go back. When I finally got to enjoy my food, the rice in the fried rice wasnt cooked all the way so it was still semi-hard. I called again to complain and get a refund and they hit me with the classic internet is down so I cant give a refund excuse. Honestly the whole experience killed my appetite

Im a regular customer here and they always give me attitude. I wait for stuff to be done cooking and they served the rest of the line instead of serving me even though I already paid. They didnt serve me until I got nasty and said Ive been waiting well over 25mins, no one even apologized for it. Not to mention all the times I had to drive always back for food missing.

Terrible service. Everytime I come in, I have an issue. The employees are young and they give attitude. The young girl offered the gentleman in front of me, free egg rolls because they were closing soon. She did not offer me. While waiting for my food, which I did not mind, one girl was spraying soap and water around pans to clean WHILE there was food in the pans!

Horrible customer service!!!!! I will never come back here, they flat out ignored me and then when they finally pay attention to the long line building up they skip me and go to the next people. I immediately walked out, I dont know how much more obvious it has to be that I was in front of everyone...

Always a place we stop when we are traveling, it easy on and off the freeway. This business is in a strip mall and the parking lot can be really busy. The food is always very tasty and well cooked.
