This review isnt about the food - its exactly what youd expect (quality and freshness hit or miss, but mostly good). The service, though - theyre very quick and friendly, but I typically go through the drive through and they get something wrong in my order about half the time (were talking like ten times in the space of 3-4 months - a LOT). Its a bother to "fix" the problem, as it would require me to drive back there to have a complete dinner. I recently called in to report a missing entree and they said theyd put me on the list to have a free entree (which doesnt help me in the moment in the slightest, but what can you do). Then I go to pick up dinner and get the free entree, and I get home and one of my other entrees was something completely different than what Id ordered. I know that this industry is thankless, but people are paying for a specific thing here - they should get what they pay for. It wouldnt be hard to repeat an order back to a customer, or to double check the order verbally with the customer (and make sure its all there and correct in the bag) when you give it to them. I dont see how this is such a frequent issue.

this is the second time that i have visited this place in one month today at 5pm we stopped by to eat dinner at 5pm there was about 9 or so in front of us to find out that when we looked to see what we might want to eat there was lots gone like maybe they was cooking fresh we waited in line when it was our turn i wanted noodle was told they are out thinking it was cooking lol nope they was total out and i also wanted bejing beef lol yup they was out of that to the only thing you could get is some thing chicken with vegetable that i dont care for yup thinking we just needed to go to carls jr next door after ordering there we turn to find just about everyone that was at panda was there thinking poor management also white rice all over the floor when you walked in thinking some one should have cleaned it up be for someone got bhurt thinking nope im not going to be going there again also telling friends and family not a good place to go if you want food.

Bought the surf n turf as well as the string bean chicken with mixed veggies. I get that this is a fast food joint, but... When I ordered mine through the drive-through and got home, there was this white gel on the veggies. I called up to ask them what it was, and was told that it occurred sometimes with their veggies. They told me it was non-toxic... But honestly, it was disgusting and I had to chuck out the veggies. The rest of the food tasted fine. They were polite enough in the conversation, but even for a fast food restaurant I would not expect this abnormal gunk on my food. Hoping they fix this soon.

Food is okay, its what youd expect, but the service sucks. Twice now I had to wait 20+ minutes for my food. They tend to forget a lot of things. If you order mandarin chicken they forget the sauce about half the time, or shrimp sauce, or potsticker souce. I once waited in the drive thru window for 10+ minutes to ask for the sauce they forgot, but they completely ignored me. I had to go in and ask, even then I had to wait.

My husband and i decided to go there about a week ago and went to the drive thur, we couldnt figure out the menu there so we went in haha.. They had quite a lot considering its fast food chinese.. My husband wasnt as pleased with the food as i was.. we also got completely different things, I wouldnt mind going back there again.. We had our food under 5 minutes from ordering it.. I liked it

I had the pleasure of experiencing FOOD POISONING today. I have tried to call the store 4 times in the last hour. I wanted to make them aware that the vegetable side and chicken is BAD!! unfortunately no one will answer. This sucks! Hopefully the casualties are minimal. DONT eat the chicken with vegetables.

Panda gas a sign stating Egg Shortage and therefor the recipe is changed. Well the egg shortage was 6 months ago. You can still buy eggs, especially now, in November. My bet is that Panda will Cheap Out and have generic fried rice. Ih, and the prices will go up. Any excuse to rip the customer.

"Never Again" Awful place. Called in to make sure they could handle a large group and they were very nice on the phone. Upon arrival, it was a different story. Rude customer service and management. Over charged us for our drinks and the food was cold.

Always good food, but during the week there is a female staff member who just hates her job. She lacks people skills. I filled out a receipt servery a while back and made my observations. I came back a few months later and she has the same attitude.

I have come to this location for years! I used to drive 35 miles to come here because there wasnt one closer to my home. They are always super friendly and have outstanding food. I have never been disappointed eating here. Highly recommended!! :D

Got chow mein. Asked for steamed rice, barely any meat on my to go order. Got teriyaki chicken. Extra sauce on the side. They didnt even put any on the chicken. On either orders therefore I only got one thing of sauce for enough for one order.

Its "just" fast food. But its decent. This particular store in the evening/late evening has always been really chill and good experience for eat-in fast food and environment. I usually get Orange chicken and fried rice. Mmmmm!

Terrible. They always mess up the order and have no problem serving you the coldest and fattest pieces or the bottom of the tray instead of giving you the fresh batch. If you like panda, go to a different location.

We ordered four different entrees and not a single one was fresh. The chicken had clearly been sitting for awhile as it wasnt even lukewarm and the steamed rice was dried out.

So glad they are there We stoped thru on a road trip and loved every bite. The honey walnut shrimp is my fav. Orange chicken is my husbands. Also have to get the veggie rolls!
