The food was pretty good but poorly displayed and I spoke to a manager over the phone about an email I deleted by mistake to get a free meal for my birthday today. Once the waitresscame to the table informed her that Cali told me the meal would be covered. I ordered the split decision, apple juice, and coffee. The split decition cost $7.99, apple juice $1.99, and coffee $1.99. Once I finished the waitress brought me a receipt and told me to sign the top then gave me a second receipt with a balance over $9. I explained to her again the situation and she retrieved a manager from my understanding who told me she couldnt do anything about the misunderstanding and that I should call a friend to pay the balance since I didnt have the money. She made me feel terrible since I am 31 weeks pregnant taking the bus on my last 2$ spent I thought I was going to jail over $9. There was a woman at the next table who approached the manager and paid what I couldnt. I couldnt help but to cry; the manager came to me very smugly and said santa came early. The manager made me feel less of a person amd that maybe she disliked me because of my skin color but it was hard to tell what her motives were. I just know I dont want to ever go back to any IHOP again. I have a huge family so we would go in big geoups together but after this experience I am going to share with them and recommended against dining there.

I usually go to Sharis for late night meals, but decided to go here for a bit of variety. Not my best choice. First there was the 15-20 minute wait for a table at just after midnight on a weekday. Whatever, things happen. Once I was seated, though, it was another 10 minutes before anyone came to take my order. Asked for coffee and water and placed my order. A further 20-25 minutes after that I still had not received even a glass of water. The two waitresses on shift appeared to be much more concerned with screaming at each other than taking care of any customers. Almost a full hour after walking into the restaurant, I tracked down a waitress and canceled my order. It was very easy as I had not received a single item. And then I drove to Sharis where I was greeted with a smile and cup of coffee.

By far, the worst IHOP I have ever been to. We went there at 2am on Sunday, December 12, 2010 with a party of 5. After waiting to be seated for 10 minutes, the only waiter finally took us to our seats. We made our order, and that order did not arrive for 45 minutes. When our order did arrive, it was cold, and had to be brought to us by the cook, as the waiter just left our food sitting there for a lengthy period of time. And to top things off, they completely forgot to even cook one of the orders. After we complained, they cook brought over the missing plate (30 minutes after receiving our course. ) The service was so bad, that the waiter took 70% off of the cost of the meail. I was welcomed and sat down promptly. Server came and ask me if I need it anything and I said one coffee. Coffee was brought then she dissappear for 15 min, and not busy at all. Comes back asking me if Im waiting for someone, I say nope.. she decided to take order. She knew I was upset, so she try to make a joke didnt work out for her either.. joke was not funny and lost in translation. Now waiting for my food hopefully the wait is worth it. . Still IHOP gets a 1 star today.. sorry but they need more attentive servers if they expect to make tips !! Thats all folks.. hope your experience is better then mine if you do go to an Ihop.

Called in to make a take out order. Lady who answered was quite rude sounding and had to get a server to take the order. I decided to start driving to the restaurant while on hold. Arrived after 15 minutes while still on hold. Came in, asked to make a take out order. After waiting 10 minutes my order was taken. After another 5 minutes the server came back for payment and I noticed the order was wrong. He went to fix it. 20 minutes later I still am sitting here with no communication. Asked lady at front for an update, she said she couldnt help. Complete lack of customer service and horrible attitudes. Stay away, far away.

One of the best diners in the Beaverton area. The service is always friendly. Even when theres a large crowd, the waiters/waitresses always have a smile on their face and treat customers with great courtesy. The food is unbelievably delicious and prepared with great care. Youre never going to get a bad dish. The price might be slightly high, but its definitely worth it because the food is something you have to eat to believe. As for the manager, he sometimes wanders around the restaurant asking the customers if everything is fine. On a personal note, thats very thoughtful of him to do so. This place is highly recommended.

Veterans Day 2016, I saw online that IHOP wanted to honor vets with their tasty pancakes, and that they were also adding in the eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon or sausage that come with the combo. I made plans for my family and I, who are on a tight budget, to go and enjoy breakfast for dinner. We found that the offer only included the pancakes for this, the first year. I spoke with Nicole the server, and Derek the manager, and was very pleased and appreciative that that they were happy to see to it I got what I was hoping for. Well definitely be coming back throughout the year for the great food and friendly attitude.

I took the family here for breakfast on a Sunday morning, probably a mistake. It took 30 minutes for the four of us to be seated. Usually thats a sign of a good restaurant, but not the case here. It took fifteen minutes to get our order in and another 30 to get our food. My eggs, which I had ordered over medium, had runny whites so I was afraid to eat them. My wifes chicken fried steak was tough and overcooked and tasted very "processed". At least my two daughters enjoyed their pancakes. I would have sent the food back but we were already over an hour into this and I didnt want waste what was left of my morning.

I had the worst experience here. We moved tables to accommodate a large group and we ended up getting forgotten. We waited over an hour to get served. People who came AFTER us were getting served and LEAVING before we even got asked what we wanted to eat. They are way too crowded and have horrible team communication. Our server said he talked to management but we didnt get any discount off our food or anything. I had my 15 month old daughter with me who hadnt eaten yet! Im never going here again and I suggest you take your money to Sharis! Never had a bad time there.

HORRIBLE!!!! Although the food was great, the customer service was horrible which made the experience unpleasant. We walked in, it took a while to be seated and we were not greated at the door. Our waitress (christin) was rude. She was rolling her eyes the whole time, forgot some of our drinks, and parts of our food. She seemed to have no patience. Sure everyone has hard days, but if you work in customer service you need to leave that at the door. Due to the bad customer service we will never go back to this location.
