When I was given my orders total it was stated without tax. I asked if they were cash only today, and the cashier said yes. That prompted someone behind me in line to leave. I suggested to the cashier, whose manager was next to him, that letting people know about the payment situation before it actually comes time to pay might be a better solution. Neither person even acknowledged that I had spoken. After I left I saw two more people leave right after entering, presumably for the same reason. Santa Rosa / Windsor has the worst fast food service I have ever seen.

Very disappointed in the service. I didnt get half of what I ordered and what I did get, wasnt even what I ordered. It took 2 people to take my order because of the first person having a language barrier issue. I dont usually complain about food service, especially commenting on the internet, but I was so disappointed that I just couldnt help myself. I only rated it 1 star because it was the only way that I could leave a comment. I would have not given it a star at all.
