My wife and I visited the Biscuits location in Tigard, Oregon 3 months ago. We would normally eat at the Beaverton location 2-3 times per month; however we decided to try Tigard as we were in that area. To keep it short and simple: Food was not as ordered. Food was cold. When we asked for the food to be corrrected, they took it in the back and said they would fix it by making a new one. The server brought the same plate out that had the onions picked out. It looked as if it were already served to someone and then brought to us. The server told us they were way to busy to make a new dish for us. While we were eating, one of the staff members who was cleaning walked by and set their cleaning tub full of dirty dishes on our table and walked away! Food took over 30 minutes to come out to our table after it was ordered . Our server did not offer to make it right, make any adjustments to the check and the manager was not informed of our experience. We notified Biscuits via Facebook TWICE where the Webpage administrator offered to forward our info to the manager/owner - still no reply. When we left, the cashier asked if everything was OK - we said "not at all". She did not say anything else or speak to the manager. It was one of the worst dining experiences we have had and as a result we no longer eat at Biscuits Cafe - any locations - and we have continued to share our experience with others. Ed and Barbara - you have lost at least two loyal customers as a result of this lousy dining experience and terrible customer service. I would not recommend eating here.

It is more than disappointing when an establishment that you hold in the highest regard fails miserably. Biscuits used to be my favorite place to get a down home meal. I stopped in for lunch. It took forever to get seated. The restraunt was only 1/3 full. It was half an hour before I saw food. In the old days the waitress were hot and were at a dead run to give the best service fast. The black board at the entry always had Specials (with reduced prices). Now it has Featured Items (with no reduced price). This should have been my first tip). The Grilled Turkey Sandwich was a stack of sliced lunch meat that was grilled on the top and the bottom. The bottom piece of bread was soggy from condesation. The blue cheese dressing on the salad was so watery that it pooled on the plate rather than stick on the salad. When I tried to pour the mustard water came out and it was almost impossible to get mustard out of the thin necked bottle. You know how it goes. You shake, shake, shake and nothing comes out. Then too much comes out spoiling your meal. The cup of hot chocolate only filled the cup half way. The rest was whipped cream (mostly air). I guess this is what happens when a company "grows their business". The number of Busicuts Cafes now seems second only to the number of Starbucks. But the quality of food and service is nothing like what it used to be. I am now in search of my new favorite joint where I can get a good meal.

We eat at Biscuits frequently, but usually on Baseline in Beaverton. We find that the various locations have a varying in bacon flavor. I am a bacon aficionado and always ask for my bacon to be snappy crisp, of the Biscuits that I have eaten at in the PDX metro area, the Baseline location has the most consistent bacon, and does the best job of accommodating my request for snappy crisp. Todays at Scholls Ferry road was not quite crisp and not very good flavor and NOT snappy crisp.

We have wanted to try this place for breakfast. Checked the Biscuits Café web site and it said they open at 6:30 AM on weekdays. I arrived there at 6:35 AM and found the restaurant closed. The sign on the door said it did not open until 7:00 AM. Opening at 7:00 AM on a weekday is kind of late to be opening for breakfast. Opening at 6:00 AM would be more realistic. At any rate the owners should at least update their website to reflect their true business hours.

Very good breakfast with huge portions. I had the biscuits and gravy. The portions are enormous. The eggs were very well cooked, the biscuits were excellent, my only complaint was the sausage patties. They were not my favorite. Coffee is very good. Also tried the pancakes which were excellent, the bacon which was very good, and the red potatoes which were very good. Overall very good.

Love this place.... eat here at least 3 to 6 times a month. I love the waffles with fresh strawberries and a couple sides of biscuits. The staff are all very sweet and always make me and my daughter feel welcome. The food is always prepared to my delight as I am a pretty picky eater....... even more than my daughter or any kid for that matter.... lol. We look forward to next time!

The Straberry freezer jam is amazing. Food is a little expensive.. We stopped going to this location because we get the SAME server every time and she ALWAYS forgets something (or gets something wrong on our order). Quite annoying. But the food is okay.. The King City location in Tigard is much better.

If youre going to call yourself Biscuits Cafe, you better have good biscuits. To say the least I was disappointed in their biscuits and gravy. Although I grew up with Western style biscuits and gravy instead of Southern style, I can still tell when a place makes them well or not and this place doesnt.

Not my first choice in breakfast location (Breakfast is hands down my favorite meal) but its not my last either. Their a pretty standardy entry level diner. A mix between a Dennys and a more local "Mom and Pop" diner. The food is alright but wont leave you raving about it.

Great food, especially the biscuits and gravy! Family run business...owner Ryan is a class act. Huge supporters of Scholls Heights Elementary and other local schools. Love being able to walk from our house to this great breakfast spot.

Eh nothing to write home about at all. Ive only been here once and when i entered i was the only one there. They are located in a business park that failed to get much business. I probably wouldnt go back.

Its ok. I question the cheese though! It doesnt look like real cheese. For my omelettes the cheese just kinda sits on top as one whole slab of orange that has an artificial texture, taste, and look to it.

The food is a couple steps up from Sharis but they are constantly understaffed. Be prepared to wait a few minutes for a table and at least 30 minutes for food once someone eventually takes your order.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door! The staff are all super friendly, and my food was amazing! The brisket Benedict is a huge dish that hits the spot perfectly! I will be back soon!
