I went to Jacks around 6pm for dinner. I had had a terrific burger there a few weeks ago and was eager to see if it was as good as I remember. There were only two other people in the restaurant at the time and I noticed that there was only one car in the drive-through. After placing my order, I sat down and read the book I had brought along. As I read, one or two cars drove through and a group of three came inside and ordered. I had still not gotten my order. I waited and waited. After 20 minutes I went to the counter and asked where my order was. They had no idea. They were too busy socializing with each other, something I had noticed on my previous visit as well. They offered to increase my small fries to a medium. Wow, how generous. At this point I was angry and just demanded my money back, something they didnt know how to do so they had to call someone. I was totally pissed by this time. Finally I got my money and left. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant and probably never to a Jack in the Box ever again. I had to give it 1 star in order to post this review but it should be zero stars.

This business can get overwhelmed since it is a popular food chain with decent prices. Yet it is known to be either understaffed or filled with inexperienced staffers that provide slow and inaccurate service. Please create incentives for new workers to stay longer or just treat them better as they seem to be overworked and stressed out. You get to see this more often through their drive thru as the near missing cashier is also the food assembler and seems to be hustling to get orders processed. Ive witnessed better jack in the boxes that looked much more organized. I think this review is on the owner/management. Fix your problems, possibly pay your employees better so they stay longer.

Lobby is always a wreck, yes, worse than Taco Bell. Their "food service" workers seem to forget what they are supposed to do. Food service. Take my order of food, then make it, then I eat it. No need to be rude. They ignore anyone not in drive thru, but then mess up all orders in drive thru. Care too much about drive thru times and pull people forward just to cut the times on their laziness. This is the laziest most insufficient crew I have ever seen. Besides that, the food made me sick. I dont think its the company, rather than it being the cleanliness of the employees. This place needs a big change before Burgerville gets here and takes away what business these guys have.

Over the past year Ive tried to give this place my businesses. I love Jack in the Box as a chain. But this is by far the worst place Ive ever eaten at. Drive through takes forever, if they even bother to take your order. The food is usually burnt and/or stale. They rarely are open 24hrs, usually closed in the mornings even though they say open. The tables usually arnt clean, neither are those restrooms. Today I sat in drive through for three minutes waiting for someone to take my order, even honked my horn a couple times. Was blatantly ignored at 4pm in the afternoon. I will NEVER return to this aweful establishment. It is a dishonor to its name.

My husband & I love Jack in the Boxs menu. Hes a big burger fan and I love being able to have breakfast all day. When we eat there late at night well both get burgers and Ill also order breakfast to take home for the morning. I believe their breakfast platter is not only bigger than the one from the golden arches but its cheaper as well. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because sometimes they forget to include those little extras in the sack with the food. You know, things like salt, catsup, napkins and even occasionally a FORK. We still love this place though.

After the OSU Basketball game today Feb 14, we waited just about 1 hour inside to get 2 hamburgers and 2 milk shakes. There were 2 employees total .... they were in total overwhelm ... The owner of this J n Box must be an idiot. You have 4000 people at OSU game , pass out coupons at exit at Gill. We all go to J and Box and you have 1 guy taking orders and 1 cook. You have parking full and drive thru. you have the most irritating cooking bell going off every 20 seconds for an hour as we wait for order.

Went in tonight to grab a quick burger and some fries after my boyfriend got off a long shift at his job. Ordered a large number 7, chocolate milkshake. What I got was an entirely wrong burger which was a huge mess, and my milkshake wasnt a milkshake but a giant undrinkable cup of soft serve ice cream. Ive gone there turning late afternoon and Ive never had these problems before, its only the night shift that this happens. Happened a few weeks ago with a burnt burger I couldnt eat.

Its sad to read such bad reviews, itd due to bad management who gets an attitude with employees and sometimes either fires them or makes working around him so uncomfortable that the very good employees quit. Its funny and sad to see that the only good review came from the district manager himself, Alejandro Rendon. For this place to be better and run smoothly, corporate needs to get a better district manager...one who cares about the employees and has a heart!

Restaurant was really cold...kept my jacket on. The freestyle machine was out of coke zero, and coke. When I tried to dispense Dr Pepper, the machine puked out Sprite. Seriously. Apparently the machine in the back was out of all the major drinks too, and the staff were largely unapologetic about it. The burger itself wasnt bad, but not good enough to salvage the experience for me.

Never have enough crew durign busy hours. Constantly slow in getting orders. Was told someone would be right with me and I waited..... Noone came to take my order. If you cant manage a store then you shouldnt try to manage a store. Even tho its within walking distance from my job I would rather drive somewhere else and go into a restraunt that actually wants to serve their customers

The ladies working are great and very nice. I can t say the same about the manager, Juan. He was so disrespectful towards his employees by yelling at them in front of the people waiting to order and treating them so bad! As a visitor to corvallis, I would not stop again to see that kind of treatment. Thank you ladies and sorry u work for a JERK!!

These employees suck. Always pulling me to the front EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit. Takes forever. I only ordered one chicken and tater munchy meal and waited 25 mins... The team lead there was very rude and didnt give napkins or sauses that I asked for. I saw a employee one time cook without gloves too. Very gross. Will never be going back here.

06/07 6 pm - one manager and two cooks. 4 people waiting in drive thru and 3-4 waiting inside for food. Didnt Didnt bother ordering because of it. Low staff all the time at peak hours. There was one cook around 5 and 6 on a week night. It took me 10 to 15 minutes to get my food and there was one or two people in front of me.
