I have been in ARA a few times. I was happy ARA was opened in Beaverton because other Korean restaurants are not so good in the area. Food was good until some point and servers are very kind. Last time I visited there, our ordered dishes came extremely slowly. I went there with my two friends. Each of dishes was not served altogether at the same time. When one person almost finished eating, the next one was out and another one did afterwards. And the other thing I noticed at each visit is that there are always a few dishes unavailable. I hear other people try to order something and a server says it is unavailable today...I understand it can happen once a while, but every time I visit there I see the same scenes. And the worst thing is that I have heard someone from the kitchen was yelling and saying f*** words. It was at a busy time in the restaurant and a lot of people were in the hall....OMG!! Is there a manager or the owner sitting in the restaurant?? How could it happen? It seems someone in the kitchen is very unhappy for his work there, but at least people who are eating in the hall are not supposed to hear that kind of things. Also food is sometimes too sweet or salty. I couldnt take my leftover the other day because it was the worst one I have had in ARA. Wont go back there!!

Midnite Oracle

This place was delicious! Our server was really nice and suggested some good food. I got the Spicy Rice Cake with Ramen. I typically dont eat spicy food but the heat was really enjoyable and wasnt much spicier than a jalapeño. My friend got the Beef Bulgogi and that was also good. They had some interesting banchan that I wasnt too fond of. Most things on the menu ranged between $12- $30. Not too bad for great food!

Stopped by at 12:50 am when their open sign was on and on their window said that they are open till 1:30 am but they said they are closing at 1:00 am and we can only get take out , it was very disappointing since we wanted to have a quick bite and a drink , its never a good sign when businesses do that to their customers, will never go back .

Delicious food and friendly waitstaff. Ive seen lots of families in the restaurant. We enjoy the range of Korean appetizers brought before our meals. The kimchi soup was a bit spicy for our tastes, but its rare that we find ANYTHING a bit spicy. We still enjoyed it in small quantities and our other foods were fantastic.

Their serving is extremely slow and bad. No consideration of customer. We had to wait 40 minutes but the food wasnt made still. We found out they made mistake. Especially no apology to customer even when they made a mistake. Very disappointed and frustrated.

The worst place ever. I have never has Korean food before so we needed extra help with the menu and what to order. The server was no help and acted like we were a pain in his but. The food turned out to be ok

Super awesome food reminds me of a few places back in the valley. Open late tall beers and when you need the flavor they big it right to the table, if it was closer I would be a regular.

Sometimes the food is good but the last two times I went, it was terrible. I ordered the $10 ramen and they gave me instant ramen in a fancy bowl :(

I like how this place makes me feel like im in Korea. The food was good but a bit pricy. Their dumplings and kimchi are amazing!!!!!!!

Great authentic Korean food and friendly service! Had the dumpling soup and bibimbap. Both were very good. Ill be back!
