Wow! Mazama Brewing has Belgian Style Ale in the Bag! I had their Grand Cru and loved it. It is hard to describe the confluence of flavor and subtle complexity of this beer. It is like a Belgian Triple meets Golden strong with a twist of wit. At 10% ABV it drinks like apple cider. Look out! what a great beer! The IPA is solid. Tons of Northwest hops and fruity and pungent yet with an invitingly crisp finish. If you have not stopped in, you should check out the tap room. The bartender is really sweet and has a cute smile.
