This was my first dining experience it Outback Steakhouse. To be honest nothing really impressed me at all I ordered the 22 oz bone-in ribeye medium and almost three-quarters of it I could not eat because of how much fat was on the steak. The Bloomin Onion was good and the sweet potato was good the macaroni and cheese was dry and I dont know what kind of cheese they had on their broccoli but it was definitely subpar. To be honest with you I almost gave this establishment two stars but when I tasted their sirloin steak 11 oz cooked medium I was extremely impressed with it I could not believe how tender and juicy the steak was it really blew me away that this was an Outback steak the rest of the food was not really good but if youre going to go to Outback Steakhouse I highly recommend that you do the 11 ounce sirloin cooked medium just because of this steak I think I will go back that steak was pretty amazing! Furthermore the staff was very efficient and good are drinks were always refilled they were very friendly courteous so Im definitely giving them three out of five as I factor everything into the equation.

The food is generally good, but the service pulls it down a bit. I was a served a salad with no utensils, then had to flag someone down to get them. Then fries were delivered and the waitress was gone so fast I couldnt get any condiments. The waitress was gone so long, my friend had time to slowly eat their entire steak all the while grumbling about needing steak sauce. I think they were overwhelmed by a large party of 20 or so people that arrived after us, who were pretty ticked off over some seating snafu. The manager on the floor should have managed that issue but instead it took his help and all the wait staffs help to deal with this one loud group. We fell through the cracks. Dont get me wrong, the food is good, and if you could go when its not busy, youll have a good time. It just seems like they are too busy all the time and customer service is stretched pretty thin.

We came in a big group of 11 (2 tables) Our waitress Rachael was very polite and professional. As the food came out we had a few issues nothing major. They brought 1 tables food out and it took a little while for the other tables. Our salads came without all the fixings and without salad dressing. My husbands medium rare stake came too raw and cold in the middle. These seemed more like cook issues. We caught a lady going by and asked if we could get a few things we were missing. Apparently she was the Manager Jenna. She went above and beyond to fix everything. Her and the waitress apologized numerous times and said they expect excellence in their resturant and wanted our experience to be excellent. They were very sincere and knew they meant. Overall wedid end up having a great experience. Thank you Jenna and Rachael!

We are regular customers. We come in at least 2 times per month and we always get prompt, personalized service. I would say all the servers are all great, same with the managers (THEY TOOK MY STEAK OFF MY BILL SEVERAL TIMES JUST BECAUSE IT WAS THE SLIGHTEST UNDERDONE) but if you are in for an amazing restaurant experience, ask for John. His steak recommendation was the absolute best, and i LOVE the new "wood fire grill" (along with the very sleek design of their newly done remodel.) This server made sure to go out of his way to get anything we asked. Afterward, the manager, as he sometimes does, came by our table to ask how everything turned out. My only response was "exceptional." I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a perfect meal.

Not very often do you go to chain restaurants anymore and have an amazing experience. My kids and I went to dinner tonight for my wedding anniversary. Lost my husband 5 years ago and my daughter told the server what we were there for. Very kind and sincerely cared. Before they were told why we were there the service was amazing and food was great! Always had our drinks full and dirty plates cleared. I told the manager what a great experience we had and he shook my hand and introduced himself as the owner.....never have I met an owner or seen them hands on at a chain restaurant. He was seating people and walking around making sure his guests were happy. I was very pleased with our visit!

- More than disappointed.. After a long debate My husband and I decided to go out to Outback for our Sundays/Famday Dinner. (My first Time, he Had been there many times before). We order our drinks, asked for a few minutes to look over the menu.. To our disappointment they informed us after a few minutes after deciding what to get and ordering, that they were out of Sirloin... I thought it was a joke.. it wasnt. I asked for the check. Waitress looked shocked. Bottom line we paid for our drinks and left. I work in Customer Service, i know how it goes... They could of at least Covered the drinks. We sure are not going back. Total Waist of time.

Great Service - Terrible Awful food. Went there for lunch around noon today. I had the steak tacos. 90% fat. Was this made from the fat trimmings? It appeared that way. I couldnt eat them. They did take them off the bill and made me some with chicken which I accepted (to go) but then decided it wasnt safe to eat, so I did not chance it. My parents each had 6 oz. sirloins. They were dry, tough and tasteless. I hope I never forget this and dont go back. Thats my plan by the way. Pros - Good baked potato, Great Service. Cons - Terrible quality steak and steak tacos. Also $$$$ compared to much better options.

Showed up with my father-in-law to have dinner with the family. The burger i asked for should of had mayo lettuce tomato. was served incorrectly with onion pickles and mustard despite that not even being on thier menu prepared that way. Manager came out and demanded why i wanted it remade and explained how i ordered it. Still came back mustard and pickles on it. I just took the pickles off and ate it anyways since the manager couldnt even get the order right. Overall it was a C- experience.

I just went there tonight for my birthday hoping for a nice meal and I had the worst service. Our server told us he just got cut but to enjoy our stay;forgot my limes, brought us wrong appetizers, didnt pat attention to my order, brought cold appetizers and soup. I was thoroughly upset when I left. The only thing he did right was bring us the bill. You know any other night it wouldnt have upset me as much but really? On my birthday. So needless to say I will never go back there again.

We walked in and sat right up to the bar. We were greeted by a sweetheart of a bartender who was fairly new. Very attentive, engaging and made good cocktails. We then shared the bone in Ribeye, baked potato and salad. The bartender noticed we were missing a cpl of things, and took care of it without is having to ask. The food was outstanding and the service made it even better. Loved that the manager came by mid way through the meal to ask if all was ok. Very good experience!
