I have been to this BDubs twice for dine in and numerous times for take out. The dine in experience was terrible and the take out was generally pretty good, until here recently. A few months ago, we called in an order. the order consisted of boneless wings (half mild, half Parmesan garlic), a large order of fries with the salt and vinegar topping and an order of chips and queso. Whn we picked it up, all of the boxes were labeled correctly, however, when we arrived home, all of the wings were wrong. We were given Thai wings and BBQ wings. We had to go back to the restaurant to get them corrected. They gave us the correct wings but when I asked them to replace the fries, which were now soggy and cold, they scoffed at the idea but offered me a free coke. The cost of a soda was $2. The cost of the fries were roughly $6. So basically, Buffalo Wild Wings is saying that $4 is too high of a price to pay to make sure the customer is happy. Not to mention that it was THEIR fault the order was jacked up and we had to drive back to get it corrected. The next day, I filled out an online complaint form with, what I thought was corporate. Apparently it was routed to the General Manager of this specific Buffalo Wild Wings. I wont mention his name on here but he called me and was very cordial and apologetic. He said that my family and I could come back in and have "dinner on him" or "take out on him". Whichever we desired. I thanked him for that and he asked me to make sure I tell the waiter/waitress/take out staff that I was on the food credit list to get the meal comped. He also said for me to ask for him as he would like to meet me. Approximately two weeks later, we decided to take him up on that offer. I called the store and spoke with the General Manager and told him when we were planning to come in. He said he would be working that day and to ask for him. We decided to do a call in order. Same exact order as stated above. When we got there, the girl tried to charge me but I advised we were on the food credit list and I provided the General Managers name. She went to the back and came back with someone else who introduced himself as "Hi Im the man you spoke with on the phone". This was NOT the man I spoke with. It was obvious. He had no clue why I was there and had me re-tell the story of what happened right there, in front of customers and workers. He also sounded NOTHING like the man I spoke with on the phone. He still wanted to charge me for everything except the wings. I told him that wasnt what I was told on the phone. I finally ended up having to pay $10 for that order after he kept haggling me and trying to get me to pay for something. Since when does "hey come have dinner on me" mean anything other than "hey Im going to buy you dinner"??. I paid because I was tired of arguing with these people. This man was not the one I spoke with so clearly, there was some sort of game or prank going on. This restaurant is a complete joke. There is one 5 miles down 249 at Willowbrook and the service and staff are much better there. I implore any of you who read this, DO NOT visit this establishment. The management doesnt care about you and the staff is even worse. Just look at all of the other complaints on this page. As someone else already said, "this place is the definition of why Yelp should offer the option of zero stars". Oh, the order I called in to pick up that I thought would be free, was also wrong.

My husband and I made it out to BWW at about 11pm on a Thursday night. We didnt realize right away that the To-Go station had already been shut down for the night so we sat down on the bench across from it waiting to be helped. We sat for about 5 minutes and had a total of 3 employees walk by us without saying anything before a 4th came up and politely told us the station had been shut down for the night and that our order would be taken in the Bar. My husband and I are 21 and 22 and were almost immediately taken as a joke sitting at the bar. The bartender named Lacey came to take our order as well as deliever some attitude. After getting home and receiving our order it was past midnight and BWW had already been closed. We came to find our orders was wrong. The flavors were incorrect. We had received medium wings instead of mild and Carribian Jerk instead of Bourbon Honey Mustard (big difference there). This is and was a big problem due to the sensitive stomach my husband has, So the wings and money we spent were wasted. I called the next day and spoke to the manager Candice explaining I couldnt call the same night because they were closed and that would be rude to ask them to fix the order if they even answered after hours. I was pretty much told sucks to suck and that next time I place an order to let them know Ive had previous problems and that they will do their best to get it right the next time. Thanks for wasting our time, money, and dinner BWW

Went to bdubs tonight for dinner...and I was not pleased. We were enjoying our time eating and a waitress walks by with too many drinks in her hands; she dropped one of the drinks and it got all over the back of my boyfriends shirt. When the incident happened she said, "It was only water i promise, hold on" and she walked away. She was gone for about 10 min we assumed she was getting a manager, the water, ice, and lemons were laying on the floor for about 15 min. No one cleaned up the mess and there were many workers who werent doing anything who could have cleaned the mess. The manager came to talk to us and he told us he would "take care of it", the waitress that spilled the water came back over and apologized. We got our bill and it was very expensive (the food wasnt/isnt worth the amount you have to pay); we thought maybe since she spilled water all over my boyfriends shirt we would get some kind of discount but the manager didnt even offer anything like that to us. We paid the bill in full and probably will not be going back any time soon!

Went there with my wife at off -peak hours. Waitress was dry, impersonal and robotic in personality. Had to ask for refills repeatedly and wait long periods of time for them. Draft beer is served in frosty mugs and glasses everywhere else, but not here! Glass is room temperature. But the price is as if were in frozen mug. boneless wings tasted like the frozen variety you get from your grocers freezer. Grilled chicken tenders appeared and tasted like they were cooked in a microwave. But more costly than the grocery store brands. Bottom line: Dont waste your time and money going here. Go to Wings n More in the Woodlands, the food is much better, the staff and servers are very friendly, personable and on the spot! You wont have to ask for refills there! And each and every draft beer comes in a frozen, frosty glass.
