Sat in the bar area. Waited 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that I existed. Ordered a beer, water, appetizer, and tacos. 10 minutes later waitress brings out appetizer and water. I ask her about my beer and she tells me "Oh yeah I need to go get that." She also didnt bring any napkins for my appetizer or straw for my water. I had to go up to the bar to get that myself. 15 minutes later she brings out my tacos and asks if I needed anything else. "Uh yeah, I would like my beer that I ordered."... so finally she goes and gets my beer. This is twice in a row where Ive had horrible service from a BWW restaurant. I will not go back. The waitress wanted to tell me the entire time how she was by herself waiting in the area. I dont care. Dont make excuses to your customers. Go to your manager and tell HIM that, not me. Customers dont want to hear those things. I see why BWW is failing and the CEO just got ousted.

We had an amazing server named Jessica! We came in late around 10 because we had a terrible experience at Applebees 3 minutes away and never got served and Jessica flipped our entire night. She made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. Was so sweet and kept our drinking completely full. She even got me a to go drink because I barely sipped any of it. She literally went above and beyond to make our night wonderful. Good waitresses mean a lot to me. We couldnt afford a huge tip BUT SHE DESERVED WAY MORE. THANK YOU JESSICA FOR BEING AMAZING. It meant a lot to celebrate our pregnancy and my fiancé new job with someone that treated us like people :) I cant thank you enough for making our date night so perfect!!!!!!

Placed an order online on Halloween and went to pick it up and a girl with long black hair dressed in a skull shirt and black hat said "I dont have an order for you so....." then rolls her eyes and walks off. Doesnt ask if I want to place an order or anything. Completely rude and unprofessional. When I returned home I called and spoke to the manager and he said "shes gone for the day, I cant talk to her about it until tomorrow" If the establishment considers this to be customer service then they need a complete staff turnover, managers included. Ive been a waitress / bartender for 6 years and Im disgusted. Would give zero stars if I could.

I usually go to this location and the one in Broken Arrow and Ive found that this one has better food and better service every single time Ive visited! I think the 41st location is definitely run better and has a more mature serving staff which makes my visit a lot more enjoyable. My food always comes out hot and fresh and Ive never had an issue of the order coming out wrong (like I do every time at the BA location). My only complaint is that the service can be a tad slow on some days when its busier but overall they do a good job! I will go out of my way to go to this location over the Broken Arrow one any day.

The worst service Ive ever experienced and the wings were disgustingly undercooked. The few scraps of celery and carrots I received looked days old. Im a smoker, I know, shame on me. I frequent BWs because its 1 of the few place I can enjoy my vice. However, after waiting over 30 minutes to be greated, served, and for a refill for Gods Sake! (I got it myself BTW) I will find another spot. I even reported the problem to 2 different managers with zero compassion. The funny part was when the server finally greated me with, and I qoute "you want somethin"? lol Not Now! and Never Again!

I really love Buffalo Wild Wings. Ive only had one problem with a waitress who didnt refill our drinks, brought appetizer out with food, disappeared and stayed gone our whole meal, she took off with my credit card, lost it and found it, then met my Dad and I and proceeded to say she never charged us. Then she wound up charging us twice! I went to the manager and apologized for being "that person" but this was ridiculous. We got our next meal on the house and the next visit was great. The waitresses name was MoMo so if you get her, good luck.

All the bad reports must have been when it just opened. I say that because in the last 3-4 months Ive been there a minimum of 4 times (I live in Owasso). I watch MMA Fights & NFL there sometimes. Anyway Ive never a bad experience yet, great food & workers. Try the Chili Cheese Queso if you want a Appetizer, you will be happy. P.s. $12.00 per person is food & pop (soda). Queso Appetizer is a little pricey but you get unlimited chips. Sorry for making so much to read. P.s. Stay Away From The One In Bartelsville.

Great food and service is always slow. I always get the naked chicken tenders and they always screw that up somehow. Went there again months later thinking their service got better, it actually got worse. Seen our waiter 3 times after he dropped our food off he said "have a nice night" never seen him again, we went up to the take out desk and asked if we could pay up there because our waiter was gone and they acted like we were stupid and said our waiter does that..

The place seems poorly managed. They were not at all busy but the floor was sticky and the table was dirty. I asked the server if I had came after the rush, she said they hadnt been busy at all. Also, the bathroom was dirty and the fixtures were loose. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich which was nothing special. If forced to choose between this meal and being hungry, Id probably pause for thought. On the plus side, the service was good and the beer was cold.

Ive had to tell them about my dry old wings and fries too many times. Its as if they have old food that should be trashed but theyd rather attempt to serve it anyways to try and make an extra buck. If I dont get fresh food every single visit youll get this type of review from me. The End. Also, sometimes it takes forever to get served or get your ticket. This is highly inconvenient for lunch hours. Id pick a different location if I were you.

DO NOT recommend!!!! Sat in the bar area for 8 mins while the help chatted behind the bar, no acknowledgement at all. Got up and walked to the bar to order. Food was absolutely the worse ever, popcorn shrimp was so hard and salty couldnt eat it. Fries were cold and dried out, no ketchup in two bottles near me. No one checked on me, had to go to bar to get check. Couldnt even find a manager to complain. NOT recommend !!!!!!

The wings are good but I go to watch the game not listen to top 40 music. The only people listening to the music were the waitresses. I saw a couple of them walking around singing. I asked if they would turn the music off and turn the game up. They said they sometimes do that for big games. I guess the waitresses come first and the customers come second. Wont be going back.
