I travel all over the state and am so happy to find Tropical Smoothie here! It makes my dining decision so much easier and I dont have to stress about finding healthy food options now. I usually get the Peanut Paradise with Kale and Spinach and half the sugar or no turbinado sugar, depending on my mood. Today I tried the Chia Banana Boost Smoothie with Kale and Spinach and forgot to cut the sugar. While delicious, it is very sweet. The food options are great as well with tacos, sliders, salads and the new Super Grain Bowls being on my favorite list. You really cant go wrong if youre looking for an alternative to fried, greasy, suicide cuisine that lurks in every corner of every city just waiting to take another victim. Returning customer and I order the chia banana booster with peanut butter every time and every time it taste different. Sometimes it taste like a banana blended in ice water. The staff needs to be trained to make the shake the same each time. Also extremely slow. Im typing this in the drive through because Ive been here for 38 min. There was 5 cars in front of me but good lord they need a better system. Andddd the guy just tried to give me the wrong shake good god. Anyway hopefully a manager sees this and tries to fix the issues. Not happy.

I have been going to this location 4 times a week for quite some time and twice now I have been inside with nobody in line in front of me and somehow was overlooked and forgotten about. When I finally said something to the girl she just said sorry with no way of making the situation better. I called and asked to speak with a manager and nobody returned my call. Im now going to b&b nutrition for muy smoothies!

Service does vary depending on staff. Theres a young man that makes the smoothies who either cant or wont make more than one at a time. Then he goes by the tickets as they come out of the printer without pulling them. I watched as he skipped mine and made everyone elses then wondered why I was still standing there so he went through all until he found mine. So disappointing.

I usually dont have a problem at this location but OMG. The drive through was a mile long ppl honking their horns the inside no line but I stood there for over 10 mins without anyone acknowledging me. When someone finally did I wanted to use my TSC discount dudes had no idea to apply it!?! I left with no smoothie and will never get the time I wasted back

The girl was very great trying to get everyone in and out, the gentlemen well not so much he was very slow and looked like he had no training, Id give it more stars if I didnt have to wait 20 min for a smoothie and there were more employees. To help w/ the rush in the morning.

Hit and miss, one day my smoothie tastes great and the next can be bland. Just inconsistent. I usually go inside, the girls working are constantly complaining about how busy they are, makes you feel uncomfortable. Place is clean and inviting though.

The flatbreads here are crazy delicious. The tsatziki steak one is a crowd favorite it seems, because its out of stock semi often. Adding a shake is a good deal to any meal. 8-9 dollars all together. Great feel good to your body food
