I ordered a large shaken iced tea with two packets of sweeten nlow at the drive thru. I received a SWEET tea with sweet nlow added. Absolutely horrible! So I parked and went inside and explained that I wanted just plain black tea with sweet nlow added. I had to wait for all the orders ahead of mine to be made before they remade my order and they STILL made it wrong. I received watered down tea yet again with no sweet nlow. Unbelievable. I will not be back. Horrible customer service. I would have asked for my money back, but it was a gift card.

I will only go to this Starbucks location because they have a Drive-Through. Importantly, no one has ever been rude to me, and always know what I mean when I ask for the green straw, not the black one. This location is further away from me than the one located 36th and Robinson in Norman. That location I really dislike because they are rude, do not have a Drive-Through, smaller, and very dark inside which is not good if youre trying to stay awake and study.

I got my drink in a good amount of time, my husband on the other hand had to wait 20 minutes. When he went to the counter to ask about it a barista said it was being made. Waited longer and asked again still havent been made. People just walking in would get their drinks before my husband got him. Drive thru seems to move better then the lobby. But not much space for the line of cars.

One of my favorite spots to go because of its convenience to shopping. Occasionally a few of the female cashiers can be a bit snobbish. I prefer the fun, jovial types and have felt some of their hiring choices have been less than favorable. I do enjoy the new baked goods and my favorite drink is still salted caramel frappe

This is the one of cleanest and most inviting Starbucks we have ever visited. In particular, Mathew, one of the baristas, sets the standard for customer service and with his clear fondness and appreciation for customers. My family regularly drives a long distance out of our way just to come here.

As soon as I walked to the counter, I was greeted with a smile and felt so welcomed. Matt has amazing customer service skills and really knows how to make someone feel "at home". I stayed to study for awhile, came up again for a second drink, and was greeted the same way. Excellent service!

This particular Starbucks is my favorite. The people are friendly. Their service is fast. The store is always tidy. Ive been to a few of the Seattle stores, including 1st and Pike Place and by far this store has always given me the best service!

Great drinks and snacks, a bit pricey. Some of the barristas insist on correcting customers who order using English words to indicate the size. Rudeness is inexcusable in a service position. Surely they understand English?

Consistent experience and quality service. We much prefer this Starbucks over the one in Target across the street. We use mobile ordering frequently at this location, and the orders are always correct. Friendly staff too!

My drinks are never consistent. I ask for different one . Was served same thing and got attitudes from the all early male staff. Wait line is a joke. Good thing is a pokemon gym for the long wait and you can battle.
