Always order from this place and orders never seems to be right! Today Im not having breakfast or my Coffee since they screwed up my whole order. And all I get is next time talk to a manager before you order so we can get your order right. Hate to complain but Ive had enough.... I order everyday multiple times a day and its just ridiculous so basically in order to have things done right first you need to ask for a manager....

The wait time was ridiculous. I waited so long just for coffee that I actually forgot I had ordered a cold drink for my aunt. When I went back inside to get it, they hadnt even started on the drink. Its no surprise why the lines are excessively long and wait time is ridiculous.

I love this place. Plenty of seating. Short wait time. Friendly and talented staff. Great atmosphere. I spend many night working on my masters degree and trying new drinks. Not one thing I have tried has left me dissatisfied. Delicious concoctions. My hangout for sure.

The staff is always friendly and there is plenty of room even though there are always people there. The only issue I have with this place is that it gets congested and backed up that it affects city traffic in the mornings. It created a traffic jam once or twice.

I like this place. Ok customer service. Like to study here. Only complaint...I REALLY had to use their R.R. And the guy didnt give a care in the world. Said I had to wait 30 minutes after cleaning them for 30mins because he kept chit chatting. Not cool.

This is a great little starbucks! Its always been packed anytime Ive come by. The service is friendly and they have a large selection of coffee accessories for purchase. Do wish their outdoor area was covered - it gets a bit too hot to sit outside!

I love how this store is the largest in the Valley & that they are now a Reserve Store & offer clover coffee. There is so much space & there is always someplace to sit. My drinks are always made delicious here also. Thanks for being the best!

I sort of hate going to Starbucks, but when I need to get out of the house to get work done, this is a fine place to do it. The wifi is fast, there are a lot of tables and couches to post up at, and the staff is friendly enough.

Good Starbucks for drinks, food is so-so... but we dont go there to eat. Staff is actually very good, attentive, and friendly. I like that they allow the clients to have the "training drinks" instead of wasting them. Kudos.
