Called 40 minutes before 10pm when Google advised the store would close. My husband calls in to place an order. Someone answers and we ask to order for pick up. The worker then informs; "We close soon. How far you come from?" Husband tells her "Maybe 15 minutes away." Worker: "You come in store." Hangs up. Husband calls again. "We close soon" they say after we establish again that we would like to order for pick up. "We close at 9:40." Husband: "O...Kay... Google says you close at 10pm?" Worker: "I already been here 12 hour. You come in store." Hangs up. I get the long shifts, I do. I work long shifts myself. But the treatment we got and being hung up on twice was uncalled for and rude. I guess they dont want to get paid anymore. I will make sure I tell everyone I know never to order from here. Yeah...never seeing our business again.

Heard about it from co-workers, decided to try it. I saw the reviews about the lady being rude. They werent kidding! I called and stated clearly "Id like to make an order for pick-up." Then she hung up on me! I called back, placed my order, picked it up, took it home, and they left the egg rolls out (Id ordered two lunches.) The food wouldve tasted better if the order was complete and had good customer service. It was edible. Ill probably not go back because they have competitors in the same area and price range that have excellent service and dont leave parts of your order out. Very disappointing as this is a great location near where I live, and I wanted to have a place close by so I could pick-up orders on the way home from work.

If I could leave less than one star I would. My fiancé and I have been going here for over three years now and on multiple occasions we have had been left with terrible service. We always ignore it because lets face it the food is cheap and not terrible. After reading the reviews just now we agreed that the lady is beyond rude but the food is good so we went ahead and called to place an order. After calling and her answering the phone with a rude tone I went to start to tell her my order and she proceeded to yell and be completely disrespectful. The food is sure as hell not worth being disrespected but a complete stranger.

The woman working the counter is extremely rude! I ordered spring rolls, took them home and ate, only to find some white stuff that resembled meat (Im vegetarian) inside the spring rolls. The menu doesnt say there is chicken in them , but she told me it was my fault for not knowing that. She then proceeded to scream at me for not ordering vegetable egg rolls, and hung up in my face. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recommend going to the other dozen Chinese restaurants in Norman, because she doesnt want your business (which she actually told me when I said I want a refund after she screamed at me).

The food is good for the price. The lunch special is $4.95 (tax not included) and comes with egg drop soup or another choice. The portion is decent and can last me for 2 meals sometimes. The family that runs the restaurant are nice and hard working. In my opinion, some of the mean reviews here are from impatient and rude customers, which I have personally seen. The owner (who is also the cashier) may not have the best English, but she tries her best to get the order right.

Food is great, the lady who everyone says is rude is not at all. While she isnt the most chatty person, I believe it is only a cultural difference. She always remembers me when I come in and has always gotten my order correct and on time. Just because someone isnt the most outgoing person who wants to talk to everyone does not mean they are rude. This place is fast, delicious, and accurate, what more could you want?

The food is made fresh. It tastes great. One of the best little restaurants in town for Chinese, and we didnt have to wait too long either. My only complaint is that anytime I order Chow Mein they try to convince me that I actually want Lo Mein. Like "Maam, I understand that Lo Mein has noodles and Chow Mein doesnt. I know what I want better than you do". But she was polite and the prices are pretty good.

I go here often for take out Chinese. I personally believe it is the best in Norman, except for Pei Wei, and much more reasonable. The lunch special is the best value. The food is worth the shortness of the owner/clerk that borders on rude. I dont think she means to be rude but is always very busy. I give her the benefit of the doubt because the taste of the food and the value of the food are good.

Ordered take out and when we checked our order it was wrong. We told the owner/lady at the counter and she started yelling at us, she went back to remake it (yelling the whole time) and when it was done she just threw our order on the counter and walked off! I will NOT be back to this place, I have never been somewhere where someone has been so rude! Dont waste your time or money at this place!

I use to eat here all the time. Tonight is the last time. The woman who runs the place is rude and mean to her employees. The seating area was full and right infront of all of us the owner start chewing this young womans butt out for no reason. Yes, the food is good but I just cant deal with the way employees are treated there. I dont want to give her any more of my business.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I ORDERED LO MEIN AND 8 SPRING ROLLS AND SHE SAID I CANT IRDER THAT NANY UNLESS I CONE IN. I SAID IM ON MY WAY AND THAT IM PAYING IN CASH AND SHE SAID I CANT DO THAT. I SAID THAT WAS DUMB BECAUSE I ALWAYS DO THAT AND SHE HING UP ON ME!!!! BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. I WILL NEVER TO THEIR AGAIN.

I dont know who runs that place but the woman there is the most disrespectful person ever. She yells at customers and hates any kind of criticism. Money hungry, she rounds up your bill, last time I checked thats stealing. Watch out!!! Food same as any other places so just buy somewhere else.

The lady who took my order by phone was very rude and rushed me off the phone that she hung up on me before I was finished talking to her....then get there and she was still fkn rude!! She better get her attitude in check real quick, however; my order was correct and still good!!

Good food for a reasonable price. Its good take out place that will get you in and out in a hurry. The family that runs this place is very hard working but as some reviews state, they can come across as rude. If you know what you want when you call in you wont have any issues.

Best beef lo mein in town (the beef flavor is actually in the noodles, not just the pieces of beef). Food is always ready on time when you call for pick-up. Service is great and the prices are comparable to any other Chinese restaurant in town. I go here every time!
