They hit it out of the park for dinner. On a Saturday night, I always recommend calling ahead. They dont take "reservations" but one can call and get on the list, then check in. Theyll notify you by text message when your table is ready. Appetizer of pea pods fried was good, but a bit challenging to eat. I guess one squeezes the peas out, and eats them, verse just eating the whole thing. Kid of weird, Im not one for mouth stuff- knife and fork preferred! Wanted to try something different and went with the Shiitake burger. Excellent choice, great taste, but the texture is unique. Great combination of flavors. My companion went with street tacos, which she loves here. Her drink had blueberries, and she said it was fantastic as well. The waitress was fine, not overly friendly, but didnt mind checking with the kitchen and was polite. This is definitely my favorite chain restaurant. A drink, two dinners, and an appetizer for under 40 of this quality is great. Old review: 1800 on a Saturday- told an hour wait, but only 50 minutes. Seated immediately, and had a great waitress: Kaitlyn. Went over the whole menu other than what I wanted...lol, but she checked up on whats without animal products, as they only show the "Vegetarian" options on the menu. The manager stopped by (her suggestion) and helped me decide- GardIN orange chicken. Companions got the bacon cheeseburger, and pot pie. Bacon cheese burger was good, but not really a challenge. The pot pie was roasted turkey (allegedly tasted like it was really roasted) and the pot pie is finished in the pizza oven to make it light and crispy. Apparently both were excellent! My Orange "Chick-in" was excellent. ONLY thing Ill note, is the orange on it doesnt have a taste until it hits a liquid. I tried it first, and it was tasteless. When I finished the main portion and got to it, hitting the sauce, the orange was very strong. So mix it in first! And the rice...perfect. Firm, bowl upside down shape, turned out fantastic. Delicious. Beer selection is prenominal, and clean bathrooms. Unfortunately, their doors open inwards, and no paper towels, but too good of service to mark them for that.

Very large selection of food and drink, a little intimating. Really cool decor/atmosphere. Food was delicious, and service was fast, friendly, and professional (Thanks Pam and other server/food runner). Will be back again. - - (Details and other boring stuff) - - Went in late about an hour before kitchen close (Im not usually that person) after a movie on a Friday. Got sat right away, friendly hostess and host. A lot of empty tables with the the closing waiters/waitresses booked, so we waited patiently. Greeted and drinks ordered in about 5 minutes. Menu was big, like gigantic, so took a little long to decide. Ordered the Crispy Duck as an appetizer; crispy and meaty just how wings are supposed to be. The maple soy glaze and sesame seeds were a great combo with it, and the added basil /mint/onion on the side was a nice in-between for each wing. Meals came out fashionably quick, and was given my Nashville Hot Chicken with sweet potato pancakes, and honey hot sauce (as well as pickles, ranch, and butter to top the pancakes). That sweet and spicy combo is just perfect, and the sauce can be poured on both the chicken and pancakes. Although I was expecting a spicier chicken, the mild heat is perfect for anyone, and the ranch and pickles can help those not fond on spice. Boyfriend ordered the Fried Gnocchi with Spicy Sausage. Potato gnocchi, tossed in sausage, kale, and some sort of margarita sauce. Delicious, sizeable portion, and filling. Dessert was the Mini Trio Sample (not pictured because it was hard to not just eat it right away), consisting of Creme Brulee with bananas, Peach Apple Cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream, and Chocolate Soufflé Cake topped with vanilla ice cream. All perfectly prepared and all delicious. Would be back again to try other 100+ items on the menu. Best chain Ive been to in quite awhile.

Have been a couple times and have always thought the food was pretty good. My family was in town on Sunday 7/30 and I took them to Yard House around 5:30 PM. Needless to say, it was a nightmare. We get seated and wait 15 minutes and no server came to us. I had to go to the host and ask for a server to come to our table. About five minutes after telling the host, a waiter came and took our drink orders. Ten minutes later, we finally got our drinks (all sodas and waters , no alcohol that would delay timing). We order an appetizer and it got brought out and the waitress did not come back for another ten minutes to take our order. I tried getting up to talk to a manager twice and both times the waitress appeared immediately after I got up. Our drinks got refilled one time and at one point she came over and asked how the food was and 4 out of 5 of the people in my party had an empty cup in front us that she did not offer to refill. It was a very odd experience at Yard House and I really hope they look into working on their customer service. I felt like I was in a bad movie with how terrible our service was.

The beer list was stellar. The food although typical had better ingredients than most and tasted amazing. The service was terrible. Because my fiance and I dont look like high income we were snubbed with attitude from the gate. The greeting at the table was, "Hi my name is _____, and I guess I am taking care of you today". My one beer ordered wasnt what I wanted, when we ordered less expensive dinners the reply was, "okay". I had to ask for a box and my bill after the waiter went MIA for 20 minutes and spent several minutes with acquaintances of his at the very next table at my expense- after I requested my bill he went over to talk to his friends without any urgency and I overheard that he had been called in reluctantly to work for someone else and didn’t like what part of the store he was stationed in. If this is behavior management condones then no thanks - This place should have been an A+ because everything else delivered was great including the music, but I am not going back to deal with that lack of training in service.

My bartender was nice enough, but definitely lacking in customer service. At no point did she smile at me, which is fine, it was decently busy when I arrived. I was in during happy house which was great! I got a few bucks off of my first glass of wine and app. I was going to also have an entree and another glass of wine (or more) had it been offered but immediately after my app was over the bartender came over and pulled up my place mat asking (but leadingly) if I was good to go. I felt obligated to leave, and a little embarrassed to say I wanted to order something else. Otherwise the app was really great, and if I stayed for a few more drinks the beer list was really great.

My wife and I have eaten here many times. Just before opening, my wife had returned from California talking about the highlight of her trip being swordfish tacos at a Yardhouse and you can guess how super excited she was to find out a Yardhouse was opening nearby. Anything off of the house favorites menu is awesome. It costs a bit more then a "chiles" but the food quality is evident. Add hundreds of beers on tap that are constantly changing and it really brings forward a winning mix. I highly recommend this place from a new place to try to taking a special someone out on a special night. See if it doesnt quickly become one of your favorites.
