Overpriced garbage food chain. You guys just lost a customer permanently. I used to order the steak and arugula half sandwich and pick just the steak off as I choose to limit my intake of certain other food groups. One day I said to myself Wow, I would like just the steak, and more of it. I know they wont just ring up the steak as a side because thats "not possible." So I took another route and asked for a half sandwich with double steak only. Fill the middle please, because Im not interested in the other fillings. They refused. Well I refuse to pay $7 for a bite of steak and 1 cut slice of bread. Or $10 for two bites of it. Sorry. Going to find new places to eat that will cater to people more. Food service is about personalizing items to make people happy. If someone likes your steak make sure they will continue purchasing it. I dont think I am being high maitenence. Panera staff is.

The Middle Ridge Panera replaced salads we had bought at another Panera at no charge and with no fuss. Putting aside the fact that the other Panera had not fully defrosted the chicken, the salads made at the Middle Ridge Plaza location were better and fresher in general.

Great food and service, however, the spot on Google maps is not accurate. It is right beside Jared, the jewelry store, which is Northwest of where Google shows it to be.
