Im in line waiting for my take out its crowded like crazy .. I cant believe that Im seeing all the works and even manger are working very hard to get everyones food out with smile on there faces .. I dont care how long I stand here waiting for my food. . Cus its good to woch .. :) Ive been here for over 30m now and I laughed at everyone thinking there gonna get there food on time.. its Saturday night what you think. Lol Im loving it. . Got my food its worth the wait. Ill be back!!

I have given this particular location so many chances to get it right... they just continue to provide subpar food & service. Ive found hair in my food (twice), literally had a dishes missing ingredients, and most times the taste of the food is waaayyy off. I wont be returning to this restaurant. And its truly unfortunate because olive garden used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Maybe another location (further from North Olmsted) will be better.

We went for the endless soup and salad. At first we couldnt get a booth, but another couple traded with us and the staff accommodated quite nicely. Our waitress kept our bowls filled and put in orders while setting one down. Some places with "endless" things seem to neglect you intentionally. She did pretty well as far as those things go. She was attentive and offered us wine samples. I was very tempted. She did a great job at that.

We had asked our godchild where she would like to go for her dinner birthday and she chose the olive garden, I know now why I dont eat at the olive garden it was terrible my braised beef with gnocchi was so overcooked the beef looked like brownies, my daughters Fettuccini Alfredo had hair in it. Nothing was offered or discount on the bill. Only good thing I had yesterday was my Peroni beer.

The service was good. Food was good. But I give three stars do to the cleanliness. This was the dirtiest olive garden Ive ever seen. The Windows by the seat had caked on good and fingerprints. The blinds are in need a wash. The floors covered in good. Table not cleaned very well when we were sat. The over hanging lights above our table had years worth of dust and Food.

The food here has been so-so compared to other Olive Gardens I have visited. The service is good but the last two times I have been there the restaurant has smelled so strongly of bleach it has been nearly impossible to eat while in the restaurant. I appreciate cleanliness, but not so much that it burns the sinuses while eating.

We just left very unsatisfied. Good customer service does not mean you put orders in late and forget to tell your customers. Food was served to 3 tables who came in after us and all I ordered was soup!! SOUP!! Thats definitely the last time I choose this place. Although, its Olive Garden. I guess I dont know what I expected.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, anything that wasnt to our satisfaction was removed and replaced with no hesitation. When I say "our satisfaction" Im referring to my children ordering something that wasnt to their liking. The server was friendly and we were seated very quickly. The food was great as well.

We went there for lunch and we were very disappointed. My meal was floating in grease and burnt I pointed it out to out server and his response was oh sorry I will take it off your bill. No offer to replace it or choose something different. So salad was it. We will not return to this particular Olive Garden.

Ive been to this location a few times for family events. That is the only reason I go. Im only giving this 3 stars because the staff has always been nice. Food though, typical chain food. Nothing special. Lacks flavor. If you want real good Italian go to Buccis.

My pasta was cold so I asked the waiter to take it back so he did `30 minutes still dont have my food asked my waiter where was my food he said I have no idea he said I thought you just ate it fast waiter was very odd overpriced not even real italian food.

Food and service was fantastic. I got soup and salad. Tried 3 different soups- all wonderful. Husband had rigatoni and meatballs. Dessert delicious. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Wish I had his name to give him credit here.

Went to north Olmstead location n had a wonderful time! Our waitress was named Courtney n she was very helpful n attentive! She had a smile on her face n a great attitude. Thank u Courtney n thank u Olive Garden for a great time

Menu has been cut way down and prices still high. You would be better if with any local Italian joint instead. Service was great, thats why the two stars. It is the menu/prices that will keep me away.

Food is good, service too. But add at least 30-45 minutes to any pickup order estimated pickup time. I think Id be better off getting a table and getting food to go at the estimated time LOL
