My food was overcooked, my appitzer was at the end of the meal...Cold and had 2 hairs attached to it, the assistant manager was patronizing and down played it she said she would take it off the bill and have a good day as she walked away... Take it off the bill...Of course you have to take it off the bill Im surely not going to eat it... Thats all she did... I didnt eat anything else because I was disgusted and aggravated by what she felt was the proper way to approach the situation... Not pleased with this one bit, as a matter of fact Im shocked at the unprofessionalism

Bob Evans is a great place to take the family for breakfast or dinner. The employees are friendly and helpful, the wait staff are on there toes, food is served in a timely manner and is hot and tasty. I thing Bob Evans is a bit over priced but that is a company thing. Stop by the Mason, W.V location for great food and service.

My visits to Bob Evans are usually very good. But today, Saturday afternoon. My visit was awful. The food was good. The service was terrible. Too many people standing around not knowing to do. No one even talked to me when I came in to pick up my orders

Our waitress was terrible, never once got us a refill and was completely snooty towards us because we were younger. Our food was cold and gross. This was the worst service Ive ever gotten and will never be going to Bob Evans again.

It was awful!! They didnt cook my food right. When they brought me new food I was half way through it and my chicken was still cold!! This place has went to the dumps. I will never eat here again!!!

Placed to go order at 2:52. Arrived to pick up at 3:45, food wasnt ready. Restaurant was empty at the time therefore they were not busy. This is the 2nd time this has happened.
