Went with my two small children and wife for a Fathers Day brunch -- bad decision. The food was average at best, I suppose its tough to mangle pancakes and scrambled eggs. The service was atrocious. The waiter took our order and promptly forgot it. After a few minutes he came back over and asked us to repeat the whole order, which we did and he then tried to bring chocolate milk after we had asked for white milk. When the food came, there was obviously something wrong with the syrup. It looked like the small metal pourer that the syrup was in was dirty. The syrup had grease floating on top of it and was watery. I tasted it and it was off. We told or server, who said "its like that because we make our own syrup." Do they have maple trees growing in Crocker Park? Next we asked for a refill of our coffee. He said they were out and making a new pot. 10 minutes later he brought my wife a cup of coffee so full of grounds you would have thought it was a joke. We mentioned it to the server and he said "well, Ill have to wait till that coffee is gone and make a new pot." We passed on the coffee refill. It wasnt just us. We sat in a small section with only 4 tables. 3 of the 4 tables complained. If 75% of your section is complaining, thats bad. Not sure whats going on at the Crocker Park Cheesecake Factory, but the quality and service is slipping big time. Next time well try another restaurant for breakfast.

My fiance and I went to the Cheesecake Factory on a Tuesday night hoping for a quick in and out meal. We were seated promptly (it was a slow night) and then the THREE HOUR WAIT for drinks and our meal (no appetizer, no dessert) began. Both of us got sandwiches and soft drinks, nothing elaborate or difficult to make (he got the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and I got the Portobella Sandwich) and we sat and sat and sat and sat. After we saw two tables of people leaving that came in well after us we got a little impatient but didnt say anything (we didnt want to be rude), and finally, after an hour and a half, got our food, which was stone cold. We ate it without complaint for the soul purpose of wanting to get out of there as soon as possible but when it came time for our check to arrive, it didnt. We waited another hour only to have the dessert menu, which both of us declined multiple times, forced on us and left for another half hour until our check finally made an appearance. Add another 25 minutes on for that to get brought back and you have our three meal/check waiting experience. The food would have been better at least warm and we would be willing to go back with a different server (maybe) but holy crap! It definitely wasnt worth the wait, the money or the frustration. Just make sure you have a lot of free time when you decide to head in for dinner...

I have always been a frequent patron of this location. Worked next door for years and visited Cheesecake Factory every Friday and occasionally during the week for lunch as well. I have been far from impressed the last two visits. My most recent visit being today April 18 - where my meat was raw in my shepherds pie. When I brought my reasonable concern to my unpersonable waitress her response to me was "what would you like me to do about it?" And chuckled. To which I responded "that is a silly question to ask, would you eat raw meat?" The manager on duty, an older gentleman was to no rescue however, at least offered an apology. My meal was not going to be comped despite my concerns until I showed disbelief at even his reaction. My date night turned into my partner eating before me while I waited on a new dish to be prepared for me. Disappoint me once, shame on you. Disappoint me twice - shame on you still but shame on me for returning. This will be my last visit.

Well were do I start, I used to love eating here until today, was seated in a booth with food and crumbs all over the seat had to brush it off so my daughter and I didnt get it all over our pants and then had to atemp to clean the crud and water spots off our silverware that was baked on by the dishwasher, could not get it off so asked for some clean ones and was brought back the same exact disgusting ones then I happened to brush my hand on the bottom of table by accident and had discovered a gross amount of gum and food that probably has been there for years, also extremely dirty dishes and glasses that were so spotted and gross I didnt even want to eat, one more thing, the table must of been wiped off with a old disgusting dish rag that probably wasnt clean because it left a film on table that was sticky to the touch, bottom line, Ill never go there again, I felt so dirty when I left.

The decor is beautiful but my boyfriend and I had trouble hearing each other as well as the server because of the loud music that was playing. The loud music as well as some unprofessional servers who were dancing and gossiping more than working made the atmosphere both annoying and awkward, I left with a headache. The food is excellent, but portions are huge. I had the Club Sandwich and my boyfriend had the breaded Chicken Colette. I then had the Tiramisu Cheesecake which was very rich, but lacked true tiramisu flavor. The regular cheesecake flavor was wonderful. My boyfriend took me & we brought home half our food and our cheesecake. It cost us $60 for just the two of us. It would have been a better experience if the food portions as well as prices were smaller. If we go back we will have to plan for it, at least we wont be so surprised at the prices next time.

Went for a nice Friday dinner with my girlfriend. Called ahead to see the wait time was told an hour and fifteen minutes then walk in 10 minutes later to find a 15 minute wait? Sit down and order drinks to which the waitress rolls her eyes and walks away. We then order an appetizer and eat it was delicious! Then comes dinner. Had to ask for a refill for our drinks and my food was beyond cold. The fries tasted as if they were freezer burnt and microwaved. The sand which was so cold I didnt eat more than two bites, once brought to the waitresses attention she didnt seem to care until it was time for me to sign the bill and tip her. I usually have a great experience at this chain but this time was just flat out terrible. I will not be returning to this resturant any time soon to spend my hard earned money. Go any where else in Crocker park but The Cheesecake Factory!

My wife and I went to the cheesecake factory in Crocker Park (Westlake, Ohio). This was my first and last visit! We sat down and the waiter/bartender came over within 5 minutes of getting seated, so far so good. I ordered a beer and my wife a water, the water came back quickly, the beer took 10 minutes. We then ordered food . In the meantime i finished my beer and and at that time we were seated for 40 minutes after ordering food. No one came back to see if i was in need of another beverage or seemed to give a s - - t. We then both noticed the silverware was not clean! I have never walked out of a restaurant before in my entire life but enough was enough, after all we ordered 1 burger and 1 salad. I would highly recommend NOT GOING TO THIS PLACE EVER!!!! Oh to top it off they were NOT BUSY.
