The food is great! Staff is terrible. I find them to be on the lazy side. I ordered a bagel and they didnt even ask if I wanted it toasted, cut in half or anything they just threw it on a plate. This gentlemen standing near the front counter was yelling and cussing on his phone loudly and the staff never told him to "please leave" or anything, everyone could hear this man on his phone and there were even children around. I guess something had happened to this mans phone while he was yelling on it and one of the staff members HAD to stop everything and fix the phone for the man. The staff member "fixed " the mans phone at the register. I work in a restaurant and if I were to do something like that I wouldnt do it in front of everyone at the register. I find this location to have a very unprofessional staff, also counters were dirty and stuff wasnt stocked. Einstein bagels are my absolute favorite but this location is awful :(

Would be five stars if my order wasnt messed up everytime I visit. Its a shame because the food is always fresh and had a wonderful flavor, 2 min from my job and quick service. Last week I went and ordered a blueberry bagels with blueberry schmear, I received a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain schmear. Today I ordered a turkey bacon and avocado sandwich and it had no bacon no avoacdo.If I just wanted a turkey sandwich I would have packed instead of spending 6.99. Maybe if the employees were more worried about the customers instead of their phones and socializing with each other my orders would be right!

Honestly, this place was great. I came in on Memorial Day and the service was still wonderful. I didnt know about the $6 deals on Mondays but- was promptly told and got way more bagels than I initially wanted- but I also paid about the same amount of money. Einsteins is a dependable bagel chain. You know what youre going to get- good chain bagels at a decent price.

The place had run out of several things, which was odd. Staff blamed other staff members over the affair, which I found distasteful. One particular staff member seemed stoned and got the order wrong, which I discovered after arriving home. Possibly bad management or just a bad morning. Wont be back to find out which!

Every single time I visit I receive the wrong order. I stopped going for a few months because of this. Today I decided to give them another try and I didnt even get the bacon on the sandwich I ordered! The wait is always at least 10 minutes. I dont recommend visiting this location.

I went through the drive through and the aroma coming through the window was amazing. It looked very clean and the staff was very helpful! The cinnamon toasted begal was amazing with the creamy cream cheese.

3 weeks in a row go to drive thru & order the Farmhouse Bagel & they let you get to the window & pay for it then tell you they are out of that bagel. Very slow drive thru.
