This is probably why I look forward to taking my car into service at Chrysler Jeep Dodge in County.... I mean of course the people that their worship are great for when I have an opportunity to come here I know I am in for a wonderful breakfast with a great atmosphere. I love their special fruit juice of beet and orange juice.... the special breakfast bowl with the avocado eggs bacon OMG I get the same dish every time I come period but yes I recommend it its a great place to chit-chat in the middle of the afternoon sometimes the wait can be discouraging but the food and the service are well worth it.

This place used to be fantastic. My family has been coming here almost weekly for 8 years or so. The previous manager of most of that time recently left and everything has gone downhill rapidly. Now the service is slow at best, we have to repeat ourselves often when ordering (and even then something is bound to be forgotten)... I see orders sent back to the kitchen each time we come, which isnt often now. The amazing staff this location once had have now almost all left. The experience now is more frustrating than it is worth.

Just left from first watch in Springfield. This has been the worst first watch experience I have had. The waiter was cold, didnt check in on us. We looked around at every other table and he was there constantly, but paid no attention to us. He came to our table about 3-4 times the whole stay. Other tables food came out almost instantly, ours took a good 30 minutes to come out. Kenwood location is 3000x better, staff is extremely friendly at Kenwood location!! Wouldnt come here ever again! Very dissatisfied!

This was my first bad experience today at First Watch. The waitress was very unfriendly, I received part of my meal, I had to wait for the rest of it, I had to ask for the jelly for my toast, which should have been on the plate with the toast. My fruit was served on a chipped dish. I will visit Firt Watch again, but not during the lunch period.

Service was good. Food was very visually pleasing, but was lacking flavour. The bread under the eggs bennedict was a bit bland, spinach couldve been sautèd but it was just raw, asked the potatoes to be crispy but only one or two pieces were crispy, the rest were all mushy, in and out. The morning juice was really good and different though.

Service is too slow, but friendly. Place is always busy. Food was better at other locations, seems like its dependent upon which cook works what day. Offers military discount which is nice. If youre looking to try a new breakfast place go to original pancake house. Service is slow there as well but food was worth the wait.

Ive tried every location in the greater Cincinnati area (colerain, downtown, ft Mitchell(?) and no place beats Springdale. Sauces always come on the side instead of slathered on the food; butter is melted on the toast or on the side; food is always hot and fast.

Food is excellent but waiter sucked! Never asked me if I needed anything or how was everything...ignored me completely after my food came even when he brought my bill! Just slapped it down on the table without even acknowledging me! Bad form! I wont return!

Good delivered at different times to our group. Menu stated classic eggs benedict, however, it was made with chopped ham. Ham tasted like store bought ham. Kids meal was larger than adults. Seemed as though air conditioner wasnt working properly.

First watch is my favorite breakfast spot. Tried their new Smoked salmon cucumber toast meal, loved it! The only reoccurring problem at Springdale location is dirty silverware. Found food particles on forks and dirty spoons ..yuck!

We always have great service and good food. Its always clean and well laid out. The Belgium waffle I had recently was crispy and perfect. They have some great options if your hungry as well as if you want a healthier, lighter fare.

Firstwatch is a great restaurant; however, this location sent me running straight to the restroom shortly after eating there (I didnt even leave yet). I havent been back since. Will go to other locations just not this one... :(

When placing an order over the phone the employee was rude. When picking up my food the cashier and host were rude. Not sure if staff was having a bad day but poor customer service.

I had the cajun chicken omelette and a power bowl, the omelette was perfectly made and the power bowl was awesome. The staff is very friendly. Go before 9:00am to avoid the rush
