Terrible experience here for our draft party. We drafted here last year and while the service was slow, we didnt mind and staff was welcoming. This year, half of our party arrived on Sunday at 3pm. When the hostess asked if we called ahead, we said no. She proceeded to passive-aggressively tell us "Well, let that be a learning experience, we usually dont seat without a call ahead" and "dont forget to give your server a good tip". She then sat these 3 people outside in the non-air conditioned patio. When the other half of our party arrived 5 minutes later, another hostess offered an inside table and told there was no problem for a draft kit. We realized our other party half had been sat (but not received drinks yet) and motioned for them to join us at the interior table. Katie, our server, was no better. When we motioned for our friends to join us, she was taking drink orders. She served us at our inside table and admonished us for not bringing our own silverware and straws from the first table (they were all unopened and we assumed those stayed with the table). We placed our orders with her continued bored/apathetic attitude and proceeded to have our draft. When the food arrived, Katie made a spectacle of her tray being really heavy and just kind of slid the sauces to the middle, saying we should figure out which was ranch and bleu. Two of our party ordered the same item: a sample platter, yet she gave them only one Southwest sauce to share. When one person asked if they could get their own dip sauce and not share with another person, she proceeded to act defensive and say she didnt know what the big deal was but she would ask the line to get her another. Food was adequate but we needed to repeatedly ask for refills, napkins, and to go boxes. We are a fairly decent and polite group of nerds just looking for a place to eat bar food and discuss the upcoming NFL season. Im used to slow service here but todays experience has ensured I will find a new place for our draft next year. I dont need to pay $100 for mediocre food and be treated like Im an inconvenience.

We sat by a small tv that no one was even watching, I checked multiple times around restaurant to make sure. I asked the waiter if there was any chance we could change the channel to the hockey game (since that was the reason I went to b-dubs) and he automatically shut me down saying all TVs cant be changed. I politely asked again if he could ask their manager if it was possible since that was the reason we were then, he said the manager said there was no way he was changing the channel. I then told them no on was even watching that small tv by the corner since everyone was focused on the big screen and they said the channels are "pre-programmed" and "impossible to change." I understand football is a huge thing but no one was watching the game by my area since it wasnt a popular team. Everyone was focused on the FSU-MIAMI and UF-MIS game which was pretty much in every other tv including the big ones. I went to other b-dubs where the manager themselves came and accommodated our request for changing the channels. We werent difficult we were even willing to change seats if necessary but the manager never even came to us to explain "such excuse" since other b-dubs during big games can change the channel. He even went and checked on other tables except for ours, maybe because he knew we were the ones having such "demanding request." It was annoying since we waited to be seated while our game started and still no game to watch after seated. Service wise: for some reason they kept bringing our order to the table across us. From appetizers to even the wrong order of food (wings). First the guy brought the wrong wings to the table across us then when he realized it wasnt theirs, he came to our table and asking if it was ours. Seriously?! And we never got napkins or refills on drinks, and our waiter also never checked on us until the end of our meal to basically get our check. Never coming back again.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. But this particular location in Sanford has some issues with understanding and preparing the online/call-in orders. In one occasion, over the phone, they asked me whether I want Blue cheese or Ranch, I had mentioned to add couple of both. They confirmed the entire order once with me, along with the ranch and blue cheese. When we picked the order up and came home, we saw that blue cheese and ranch were totally missing in the take out pack! The paper bill attached to it clearly said Ranch and blue cheese with the other items. Another occasion, we did an online order where we had mentioned 4 different flavors. When we brought the order home and opened the take out packet, we saw there were 3 flavors provided and one flavor was totally missing! And yes, the itemized bill attached to it mentioned about the 4 different flavors! Advise to other customers - if you are picking up, tell them to open up the packet and show you that they provided everything that you had ordered accurately.

I normally never leave reviews but this warrants it. Ive been to this new location a few times now. The waitresses seem either like they dont know whats going on, or they are new to serving tables, or they just dont care. Either way it shows, Ive only had one waitress that didnt look like she was lost in the sauce. She was cool though, no attitude or anything. offers for refills were few and far between and the food took just entirely took long, (may or may not have been her fault), but there were no updates either. The last time i went in, i sat at the bar. The guy who works the bar is awesome and on point. so that visit was good up until i had roaches crawling past my queso. At that point, i tabbed out and left. i call in my orders now and pick them up because honestly i get the food sooner than i would if i sat in the place. (and that includes the 20 minute drive there). Id rather drive to the Casselberry location and sit in.

The wings are always amazing. That being said...the service is subpar. The server last night at 11pm (not busy at all) took about minutes to approach us for our order. We got our food and, though she was sweet she never filled our drinks on time. I had to remind her fill up my drink. My wife wasnt even approached if she wanted another strawberry lemonade. She was clearly showing all the attention to another table (not sure if she knew them). Finally when we were ready to leave it took her over 10 minutes to run my card, because she was always at the table next to ours attending to them. When we finally got my receipt we were so ready to go that we left our to go food behind because what started out as a good night ended poorly with bad service. Again, the food was amazing. Big props to the cooks as always. The service however was poor.

Ate there over the weekend. Between finishing me off with overly loud tvs. Then the services. Well that did it. I was seated within the same time frame. Wound up waiting 45 min. For cold wings being ignored till the bill came then its try to butter me up. Then i asked why my meak wasnt taken off . Oh uh hmm i dunno . Yea right. Management comes over ( muscle head holier then tho attitude ) i took your meal off for you anything else i can do . And walks away . So i go to pay my bil and was told my server had to take it. Another 20 min wait. Then ohh the machine ran out of paper. ( yea right ) so then by the time i finally got my card back the whole dinner took 2 and ahalf hours . DONT GO GO ELSE WHERE or call in and pick up
