Love Mayflowers, been going since I was a kid and now we take our kids too. Also, I love reading the Google reviews because they make me laugh so hard. It wouldnt be Mayflowers without Carol! :) Best Chinese food Ive ever had, highly recommend the crab rangoon with the pink sauce (THE best!) and also the general tso chicken.

Customer service was terrible. Seemed to be very rude for no reason. My food tasted terrible. Fried rice tasted like grill and noodles were very greasy and tasted just like the rice. Wont be visiting ever again and wont be recommending to anyone. Really upset that I couldnt return my food for a refund

Went with my mom and it was awful. The water tasted disgusting, the shrimp wasnt cleaned properly, and I asked for fried rice and got white! It was way too expensive for the quality. It was the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Please save your money and taste buds, and go somewhere else.

The food was not exceptionnal but not bad. But she was rude with us. When I am asking for an extra bowl of rice, I am not asking to be judged and hearing that eating rice alone is good. I really want this extra bowl of rice, i am paying for it ! To be honest, I will never go back here.

This is Chinese food like youve never had. Its all made from scratch and is not your standard menu, but everything weve had there is good. The lady who runs the place is eccentric and somewhat abrasive which is why only 4 stars but its an experience not to be missed if youre in Urbana.

Placed a pick up order for two dinners an rice picked it up and was just rice an one order, called to get it fixed and took items back they told me to bad cant have money back an wanted to charge for there misstake to correct order! Very rude! Go to dragon buffet or great wall!

Everyone in our family has a favorite dish from Mayflowers! If you are looking for authentic Chinese food, with hearty portions and reasonable prices, look no further!! The only unfortunate thing is that they close at nine pm most days of the week.

Ordered take out. Carol stated she was too busy to prepare dumplings, or wonton and refused to make them. We ordered kungpo chicken and recieved a carton of veggies with a few 2 small pieces of chicken and soy sauce. Wont go back. Rude. Very rude.

I sometimes forget about this place but every time I go or order take out its always great. Service is fast. Definitely know what theyre doing. Would trust way more than other nearby Chinese restaurants.
