I have had several orders delivered wrong from Mings. The last time, I ordered 2 lomein dinners without vegetables, 2 general tso chicken medium hot, and moo goo gaipan no waterchestnuts and I paid an extra $2 to get extra veggies, and we ordered 2 appetizers. The only thing right about the order was the appetizers. Both lomein had veggies, the Tos were both sweet, and not hot at all, and the moogoo had waterchestnuts and none of the extra veggies I paid for. I must add that the woman I spoke to did not speak much English and it took at least 15 minutes to place the order. She kept repeating it wrong over and over again. I called when we got the food, and told the same woman that all of the 5 dinners were wrong. She appologized and offered to send out the order done right. I declined to have everything sent right then, because it was too much food to duplicate on the same night. I asked if I could call during the following week and get it then. She agreed. Well, when I called tonight there was a new employee answering the phone, and her English was perfect. When she spoke to the 1st woman, she denied that she would replace the whole order, and offered only the 2 lomein. This was the SECOND time the general tso was wrong, and she was not going to replace them. Well, they have lost my business. Forever. In order to save some money by NOT fixing their mistakes, they have lost the $80 or so that I used to spend there each time we went. NO MORE MINGS. *********************************************************************************** UPDATE: The manager had the new employee call me 30 minutes later and offered to replace 4 of the 5 dinners. They appoligized and wanted to send the dinners. I thanked them & the food arrived about 30-40 minutes later. The order was correct and my family enjoyed the meal. I appreciated the effort. ****************************************************************************************

The service was horrible. We put in a delivery order at 3, got put on hold so we thought. The girl doesnt know how to put people on hold. Had to call back was put back on hold for another ten mins. Then she started the process the first time. Told us the system went down... when it didnt. She screwed up on our order three times. Okay she screwed up on our address three times. It took twenty mins just to put our address in. Then it took all of five minutes to put the order in. Will not be calling orders in ever again. They need to hire someone who knows the system the first day or train them better instead of saying hold on and keep you on hold for twenty mins the first phone call.

Went here for the first time today and I have to say the service was incredible. Never have I felt so welcome at a Chinese Restaurant than here. The food was delicious and I must recommend the dumplings. Hand rolled, large, and very authentic tasting. Very similar to the dumplings I ate in Beijing a few years ago. The plate size was large and very filling for the money. This establishment is fairly new to the area and I wish them great success for many years!

This is the worst place to eat. First time there not one person eating in the resturant. Got my order to go it was hot but the flavor was terrible. The chicken was ok but when putting the sauce with it was bad. My soup was made with beef broth not chicken broth tasted bad. Not sure how this place stays open. They had a small child answering the phone taking orders. I should have known when there were no customers that something was up.

Had a hard time understanding where I wanted delivery to. Also prices on line & what they really are different. All that aside. Delivery driver was great! Fun & friendly. I usually dont tip if they charge a delivery fee, but I did today. Food was very good. Pork potstickers are great! Very good value!! General Tso was pretty good. Good flavor! Definitely will order from here again!!

I order delivery all the time from Mings. Love it. They are always so nice, food is delivered in the time or earlier than they say. And love the girl who always delivers to me. Such a sweet heart. Food is always really good. Crab Rangoons are soooo good. I order from home mostly but was going to order lunch today. New Management has done a wonderful job.

I have been eating here for over 3 years through a variety of changes there. As of yesterday the "new" owners and chef COMPLETELY let me down. The Lemon Chicken sat in a container of sauce making it ruined by the time I got home. The Black Pepper scallops/shrimp were bland and overly breaded. This place has gone downhill and will not see my repeat business.

Every dine-in customer Ive talked to has agreed with me. The folks whove been coming in for 10-12 years seem absolutely delighted. Appreciative customers always make us happy! :) Its why we do what we do ;^)

Please note: Under new management. Though this restaurant may not be in the most attractive location, the food really is something worth trying. For the $5.95 lunch special you get a nice egg roll and a heaping portion of food that is likely too much to finish. I highly recommend the curry chicken; probably the best I have had anywhere.

Pretty freaking awful experience if you are going to use their delivery service. The order WILL be wrong. They WILL charge you extra money based on distance, and then after charging you that money, they WILL say that theyll fix your order ONLY if you drive to pick it up. Rotten. Dont waste your time or money keeping them in business.

Awesome, Awesome Mings Chinese is amazing and so so good.You cant go wrong at Mings no matter what u choose to eat, so much food you wont be able to finish it all.And they also deliver in and around Sullivant.This place is wonderful and very nice people very freindly.

They just do it right...never had a complaint. Who answeres, are always polite also delivery drivers. The egg rolls ive had many egg rolls in my time these are the best. But it comes down to the Singapore noodle...best ive had.

the decor isnt very nice but the food definitely makes up for it .The dishes seem pretty authentic and they give you a heaping portion for a tiny price .service is also fantastic

Mings has been through changes recently, and in my opinion, they are for the better. The service is great and the prices are amazing. The new cook makes wonderful fried rice.

We stay off Clime and Demorest, and enjoy takeout from here, even under new management the food still stayed great! Ragoons are always on point and so aint the eggrolls!
