Ordered food ($25.00) and paid with my husbands credit card. Food was for delivery. Food arrived and the lady delivering asked for the credit card. Well, my husband had just left to go get drink to eat with the food. I told the girl that he had left and she said I could not have the food unless she can see the credit card. I told her you already charged the credit card and she said did not matter. So, she left with my food. Called the store and spoke to someone there about it and they said they would issue a refund and could take 7 days to appear on my account. I asked for a confirmation number and she said she could not give me one. I asked if I could come and get a copy of the receipt and she said fine. I then drove to the store to pick up the refund receipt copy and she told me that I could pay for the food that was sitting on the counter with cash. I told her I had already paid for the food but you would not let me have it. She then said she would rather re-sell it or throw it away then let me have it. WOW!!! What a crappy place!! And the food is NOT all that great in the first place. I was being lazy and did not want to cook. Well, I will cook my own food before I ever order from them again!!!

The place has improved tremendously! I from Union City Nj born and raise, lived right across from NY. The Chinese food up north is so much better than down here and I have not found Chinese spot in florida as good as up north. Ive move to florida back in June 26, 1999 and this place New Hong Kong taste BAANGIN! Just like up north Chinese food spots. The shrimp and broccoli is excellent with the juice brown sause. The general TSO truly has chicken in it and the sauce is amazing! The eggroll Awww! super good non-grease. But the best was the wung tung soup. It actually has slices of grilled pork in the soup along with pieces of green onion, something that is ESSENTIAL to give it the best flavor. I havent eaten Chinese food so good than the Chinese place up north. My wife said honey we aint moving out of Altamonte spring. This Chinese food is Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaatttttttttttttttttttttttt. THIS IS THE SPOT!!!!

Placed an online order then went to the Winn-Dixie in the same shopping center. When I went to the restaurant to pick up my order the man behind the counter was a bit rude to my wife who was inside getting it by complaining that we should have placed the order when we were ready to get it cause the food gets cold and they were ready to throw out our order. Its not like I was near there closing time at all, and its not like I ordered 4 hours prior. I dont care if they had won awards for there food (which they havent) customer service should be #1.

HORRIBLE......... IT USED TO BE GOOD WHEN THEY HAD THE CHINESE PEOPLE COOK CHINESE FOOD. NOW THEY HAVE JUAN, WHO IS MEXICAN COOKING. HE IS A VERY BAD CHINESE COOK. THE LAST FEW TIMES WE HAVE GONE THE PORK FRIED RICE IS COLD, HARD AND NOT COOKED. THE SHRIMP EGG ROLLS HAVE ONLY ONE SHRIMP CUT IN HALF AT EACH END. THE PLACE STINKS LIKE DIRTY MOP WATER. THE LADY HAS AN ATTITUDE, AND SO DOES HER 19 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. THEY DONT SPEAK VERY WELL ENGLISH AND ALWAYS MESS UP YOUR ORDERS. THEY ARE OVER PRICED.

The place had one seated couple eating when I arrived. I ordered Vegetable egg foo yung and waited 20 minutes for the food to be ready- yes, 20 minutes. When it was served, there was no sauce, so the gal screamed (literally) at the cook to make it. What he made was somewhat of a light tan gravy with chicken seasoning that was lumpy like curdling. I work one block away and will never be back, what a shame, I was so hopeful. Egg drop soup was normal, the fortune cookie was sealed but stale.

Horrible! Never go their! The man who took my order got my order wrong, i asked for no onions and received more onions then meat i asked also for white rice and I received brown rice . 3 different people ordered after me and received their food first, 25 min had past and I asked what is taking so long? Thats when I believed he messed up my order on purpose. If u want good food the way you order it then please go elsewhere.

We enjoy a dish called Chow Mein Fun. It is awesome! Also, I think they have the best fried dumplings in town. Their home made sauce is what makes it so great. I have never had anything from here that disappointed me. We also like their chicken wings and crab Rangoon. . Highly recommend it for a take out Chinese dinner.

Went on a Sunday it was only 2 men working ordered general tso. I was hesitant when I walked in for some reason,but i ordered anyway took food home and late that night my stomach started. I had food poisoning for a week and some days,thought i was dying.Numerous runs to ER,and numerous runs!

This dish seemed to consist of ingredients purchased from the Winn Dixie next door. Possibly a frozen bag of general Tso chicken mix that they threw in a pan. Two pieces of Brocoloi and some odd tasting long rice. If you decide to ignore this review at least avoid general Tso....

I ordered the spring roll which had only cabbage in it and not even cooked cabbage. I also ordered chow mein chicken and I got a nasty chicken soup with no noddles. The one thing that was alright was the mixed vegetables.

The food is pretty good. Its just the customer service that pisses me off. They basically rush you off of the phone and they dont convey the information (time, price, item, etc) clearly. Its frustrating.

Order was not ready in 10 min came 30min after call order was not prepared and for $1 more I got all drum wings they were all completely to small and over fried and rice very dry, cookie was stale

Ordered sesame chicken with pork fried rice , extra spicy...how can you mess that up? Go here.. Chicken was like soft meatballs, and rice was yellow saffron . And Not spicy like I asked

Went for the first time tonight. Tried the bourbon chicken. It was inedible and so I called. The young girl who answered the phone did not care. I will not go back.
