Not so great customer service. Not so great food. I wanted to try this... new to the area wing spot (Ive had it in another state, loved it). I ordered a 6 pc and reg seasoned fries. My basket of fries... piled with salt... My wings... Were still flapping (undercooked). 3 employees walked by me as I was eating, and not one of them asked if everything was ok , or if I was enjoying my food. They are new.. With new people working there... Id suggest learning how to properly prepare the food and have proper customer service; than stand around and talk about how you really dont want to be there. I left my basket of unfinished food and chunked the $8 or $9 I spent on it as a tip and to leave this message as a guide. If you want to survive out here as a business... Dont undeserve your clientele.

My husband and I went there last night horrible service employees standing around while the lobby was full poor customer service the cashier had dropped some Wings and instead of her putting gloves on to pick up the wings she picked them up with her bare hands and rung up another order without washing her hands

The staff was friendly and helpful with assisting me with choosing from their wonderful flavors. I was treated with chilvary from the moment the door was opened for me. Tried the Brazilian Citrus Pepper (loved) and Louisiana Rub (good blend) and garlic parmesan. I will be back.

Super happy there is a location closer to me....The wings here are outstanding...and the price isnt too bad either. However, if youre looking for super hot wings...this wont be the chain to find it...their hottest wings is still kinda mild...but theyre delicious

Gotten Better most definitely improved since the first day they open.. Hostess more knowledgeable of whats on the menu and able to let me know what wing combo would be better for me to purchase as of price concerns. Love it so far

Good lemon pepper tenders & I really like the seasoned fries! The bone-in wings are standard with seasoning on top & almost no flavor past the skin. A little pricey for a "wing" (not even whole wings) & fry spot in my opinion.

Orded early in the day for the superbowl. Come to pick up our order at 5:30 and we have been here for over an hour. No food was ever ready had to wait for it to cook even though we ordered earlier in the day. Never again.

Waited 47 minutes for 20 wings. Horrible and confused staff. Never once did the staff apologize for lack of care and customer service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
