I do like their large selection of wing flavors/heats. Their buffalo mac&cheese is also very good. One of the downsides to this place is that my wife and I have probably been there 10 times in the last year and only once have they gotten our order completely right. In fact, the last time I got boneless instead of traditional and my wife got peppadew instead of peppadew ranch(which has happened on a multitude of times and have really different flavor profiles) plus they forgot both of our mac and cheeses. So literally, every single part of our meal was wrong. There is clearly some miscommunication in how the serving staff gets the information to the cooks. The other thing is I often get wings where only half the wing is covered in sauce and honestly that is the biggest NO in the wing industry and it happens consistently. I love wings and being from Memphis, I really miss good wing restaurants. The first time I came I signed up for the rewards card because I love wings and expected to come quite often. Unfortunately, this place has been a let down with easy fixable problems.

I have read the unflattering reviews from months ago. I am certain that East Coast Wings is the best kept secret in east TN. I have been to almost every "so called" wing place from here to Knoxville and I have never been to place where you can pick from any of 50 wing sauces then add any heat!! Everyone else has only limited choices of flavors that come with a particular heat. I have gone literally once a week for more than 6 months; it has taken them a bit to work the bugs out, but now, I look forward to every visit. One week, I can order sweet like Drunken Apple, the next, salty and creamy like Bacon Ranch; any flavor with any heat from mild to over the top. We always get a beer tower, the largest in town, at a great price. The place is not loud with music or sports, unless you ask them to turn up one of the many TVs. The staff are great too.

Went to join a party at around 7:40pm, by 9 pm the only thing that had come out from what I ordered for my self and my son was a beer, fruit punch, and the pretzel appetizer. There were three waitresses for our section (about 12 people in total) and while they were visibly frustrated by whatever was causing the hold up, they were very much running around without a clue how to fix it. Additionally, there were no managers that came by to even offer a sorry. At one point a couple 3-4 people got wings, many of which were ice cold, wrong flavor, or just looked like they had been sitting around for a while. While the restaurant was busy, it wasnt packed by any means and there were plenty of wait staff around. If you want wings and decent service, skip this place & go to BWW around the corner.

I love coming here I always visit the Kingsport location. But this was the worst experience Ive ever had... I waited over 30 min for mayo for my sandwich and by the time I got it my food was cold and I didnt even eat it... I also asked for ranch for my fries and it was the smallest portion they could posibly give me... She refilled my tea and I had no ice in my drink... The problem that I have is she knew she was messing up and never even had the mgr come and try to fix it or anything... So Im glad you guys got my money because I didnt get to eat my food because it was cold after I asked 4 times for mayo... worst service ever

We went on Friday night about 8:15... Not busy.... Took 20 mins for us to get our drinks... Nasty margaritas... Nasty tasting cola.... Food finally came after 40 min wait.... Food was cold except for the buns they nuked in the microwave ... Next going to Buffalo Wild Wings around the corner... This place here needs something like karaoke or something ... Maybe theyd be busier on Friday nights... FIX YOUR FOOD AND DRINKS GUYS... damn nasty .... Other East Coasts are lots better than you guys!!

The service is always terrible here. I went on a Monday night, and they were a little busy. They had a scheduled birthday party and a usual Monday night crowd, but for whatever reason had only 1 server and 1 host on staff. The bartender was the slowest Ive ever experienced in my life. When the food finally came after we had been there for an hour, it was cold. I plan to never return to this location.

Walked in on a recent Sunday at 2 pm and the place was literally empty except for one two-top...seemed fishy...then we waited at least 5 minutes for anyone to seat us and the vibe from that employee was terrible...no smile, no welcome, and the same went for the other staff that was around while we waited. Obviously a management problem at this JC location with respect to their staff.

We have been coming here since it opened and had some bad experiences that had kept us visiting for a over a year. We gave it another try a couple of weeks ago and were very pleased with the new management and have very much enjoyed tonights experience. The new management is bringing back the positive vibe that was here originally. Give it a try.... youll like it.

Ive been here three or four times now. Every visit has had exceptional service, as well as food, and the restaurant is always clean so thats a plus. Its a great venue to meet up with some friends and watch a game on TV. I would give it five stars, but my only gripe is that ordering different wings can get expensive, since there is a charge for each sauce you try.

Food was cold when it hits your table, as usual. Had to ask for ranch dressing 3 times. Had to refill my own tea glass twice with tea from the server station. Id you so go, sit in the bar area the service is a little better... I was in a party of 10 at 8pm on a Saturday. There was only about 10 other people in the restaurant at the time.

Third time at this establishment, fist few times were ok. Got something in my food that was not edible (cardboard) management took care if it. Compt desert wich was the only thing that was really good but waited forever for food and check - very empty dining room. I think this is my last time there, I have a feeling everyone has given up.

Not busy, took about 5 mind to be seated. SAT at a table waiting for someone to serve us, it wasnt until I rather loudly said this was strike two (an absolutely dreadful experience the first time) and Id never be back that a waiter appeared and took our order. Not happy with the service at all here. On the flip side, the food was great.

Wings are awesome here. The only reason I cant give 5 stars is occasionally Ive had wings that were not sauced good enough. Seems like there is a bit of inconsistency. Great beer selection and a ton of sauces to choose from.
