I really love this restaurant (because its the only one that has a drive thru). But honestly I feel the customer service has been lacking. I ordered a French toast bagel, mango smoothie with whip cream and a banana. First the banana wasnt ripe. Secondly my bagel was tossed in the bag sloppy, and they forgot my knife for the butter. When she presented me with my smoothie , it did not have the whip cream I ordered . So I had to wait for her to change the lid. My total came to $6.98. Its really a pain, when issues like this happen, because its almost not worth going through, the drive through.

This is one of the better Paneras in this area but they need to work on training. I wasnt asked if I had a Panera card and when I chose to use my reward the cashier forgot to subtract it. She seemed in a hurry but there was no-one else in line. The bagels are consistently burnt around the edges. Turn down the toaster please. As for their bread it is good particularly the baguettes. However, I agree the prices are getting a little out of hand. They are approaching, and in some cases surpassing the price of a sit down restaurant.

I visited this location last night, 2/7/16, only to find that they had closed two hours early. They had a sign posted on their drive-thru speaker saying they had closed at 6PM (instead of the usual 8PM). This is a huge pet peeve of mine- businesses that do not follow their posted hours, especially large businesses that are part of a chain. Now that I know that they cant be trusted to be open when they say they will, I will be much less likely to try to visit them. I dont enjoy wasting my time.

Panera has always been my go to for quality food. Not so today. Ordered a Chinese chicken salad to go...... Had to search to find the chicken. Not much chicken but ample plus pineapple. The piece if bread they provided was so stale and hard...unedible! Looks like quality control is lacking.

I have to say that I have been to this Panera many times and they are so polite while giving you great service. I find myself driving a way thinking about how fast there service was plus the food is always fresh and amazing!! The management needs a raise!!

I love this Panera more than others because there is a drive thru! However, I have received numerous wrong orders from here and after waiting in a dinner line with a young child I usually dont want to get BACK in line. Otherwise it is a good location

They have a lot of work to do on their drive thru. Missing orders, then while they scramble to fix it everyone elses food gets cold. They never remember the extra items, i.e. cheese for the french onion soup, butter for the baguette.

Daily regular at this location, service has always been fantastic. They know my coffee and lunch order the second I walk in. Jeff the manager is awesome at training his employees and everyone is always lively! Highly recommended!
