I have never in my life dealt with such incompetence when ordering a gluten free breakfast sandwich. The girl insisted it would no longer be gluten free since I asked for it without the meat. However, the girl kept saying " if I remove the cheese" even though I wanted it without meat. It was literally a 3 minute argument to which my husband and I, extremely bewildered and agitated by the obvious incompetence, left completely frustrated. Starbucks, train your employees to understand what gluten free is, how to properly handle gluten free food, and how to take requests when said customer wants their gluten free order altered. Never coming back here, and will make sure others know about how terribly this was handled.

I came to the Starbucks in my 18 wheeler to get my wife a new Starbuck coffee cup for valentines day, because she is a Starbucks freak ! I put the new cup on the counter, the girl said nothing, not a word, she could not get the cup too scan. After trying several time without any luck, I made a comment "maybe it was free today ?" (Dead silent) And with my lame comment hanging in the air. The total came to my rescue and with that came her first syllables. She proceeded to scan my card , she handed me my card my receipt and my coffee cup , no bag, no would like some coffee, and no have a good day. But i got my wife a great 18 dollar coffee cup !

Ive been here twice now and twice theyve screwed up my order. The first time I came here with my husband and we waited for what had to be 15 minutes in the drive thru. Ridiculous. My husband and I were getting very irritated by the wait and then were met by poor customer service from the woman at the drive thru. Not to mention, they didnt even get our order right. The second time I came here, I ordered a sandwich and half of it was still frozen. This lady again was not friendly at all. Ive never been to a Starbucks with such poor customer service.

I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte, which Ive had several times in the past. My coworker went to go pick it up, and when I recieved it, it had way too much pumpkin powder sprinkled in it, so much so that I couldnt drink it. And then when I tried to talk myself into drinking it anyways, because well it is $5, I kept getting clumps of the mixture. It was disgusting and I had to throw it away. Money Down the drain, literally. So I tried to call them, and they didnt answer. So all in all, its pretty infuriating. Thumbs down for this location.

As a former employee of a different Starbucks I know how drinks are made and how they are supposed to taste. I received a drink that was made incorrectly and sent it back only to get another drink made incorrectly as well. Also ordered a blueberry yogurt muffin (which can be warmed so the employee is always supposed to recommend but the barista did not ask) which was old and disgusting. I will NOT be returning to this Starbucks for service. Baristas seem poorly trained.

The staff is always very upbeat and helpful at this location which is nice since they are so close to the interstate. They always make me feel welcome and appreciated. The drinks and food are as good as any other Starbucks. This one just happens to be very convenient to the interstate and if you are headed into Brunswick it is a good location to pick up a cup of coffee before you get into the downtown area.

I had a great experience at my local starbucks. I ordered my typical Chai Frappuccino and it was great. Haylee was very kind and seemed to care about her job and me as a customer. Im always torn between which store to go to in my town because there are multiple ones, but I will more than likely make the extra drive to get my starbucks kick from this location because of her.

We ordered Venti and they put the syrup in for Grande.. which made the drinks weak in taste. So that was disappointing. Staff seemed to be in a mode of whatever will be will be.. and no urgency to get your items to you or even care to correct their mistake. It was too far to go back seeing as we were traveling to get home.

Amazing and unique Starbucks Ive been so far. The place has the same menu but the experience was different. The people are very interactive, friendly and professional. Service was quick. The place is clean and well kept. Had many things to offer for items to purchace as gift to take home. And the atmosphere welcoming.

Great staff, always get my order right, tho I do keep it simple lol large coffee 5 sugars two creams and an extra shot. One time I did have to wait 5-7 min in the drive thru Wich wasnt a big deal and I did not complain when I pulled up to the window, however she did apologize and told me it was on the house.

Came in today for a meeting, grabbed a donut and room temperature water, the water cooler wasnt stocked with cold spring waters. As I was sitting in a window seat I saw two dead flies in the window seal, which I took pictures of. And I dont even want to see the conditions of the restroom . Gross

It was a cute little place, but they took forever with my order because they were too busy talking and ended up doing the people behind mes order who ordered the same thing just w/o whip cream. Then when I got my frappuccino it really wasnt all that great.

Though the register person was polite and attentive, the facility was disgusting, like a gas station bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I received the wrong drink. There were crumbs on the tables and floors. Not a place Ill revisit.

We were driving down to Jacksonville and stopped over to grab a cup of coffee. The barista was friendly and happy to serve. We placed our order and we got it pretty fast. The restrooms are clean and it does have an outdoor and indoor seating too.

I came through with my K-9 Unit and was glad to be able to grab a great drink for me and a puppicino for my canine partner. I dont know the barista at the drive through, but he made it a great experience with his professionalism and courtesy!

Always have a horriable experience at this particular location. Blobs of syrups on the frapps, if order a hot drink,expectations are that the the coffee/expresso will have an old burnt taste to it.
