I wish I could give 0 stars. Service is the worse in every way. Ive come here several times and can count on one hand how many times they gave me what I actually ordered and there is always a ridiculous wait. But I keep coming back hoping theyve gotten better. Well this is the last time. I get there a little after 11:00pm. Its Friday night. There were at least 8 cars in front of me. Took 15 minutes before I could even place an order. I order an 11 piece meal, two additional wings, and apple pie. Wait another 15 to 20 min before I get my food. I knew I should of checked my order but I didnt want to hold up those who had been waiting behind me. I pulled up a little just to do a quick look before getting on the road and noticed right away there was no apple pie although I WAS charged for it. I wasnt suprised because the guy seemed annoyed that I even asked for one. He had told me it was 7 min wait on them but I figured what difference would it make if I have to wait even longer than that to get to the window. Anyhow, I decided to let it go since it would take forever to get back through the line. Plus I was just getting off work and too tired to bother. I get home and open my boxes and sure enough the order is wrong. They give me only 9 pieces in the box instead of the 11 piece I order. They did NOT give me the extra two wings that again I WAS charged extra for. And all the chicken was spicy when I asked for mild. My daughter can not eat it. Im furious. Anyone who goes to Popeyes knows that their food is not cheap. They charge too much to be messing up peoples food so severely. I paid $35 for 9 pieces of chicken that didnt even look fresh and couple sides and biscuits? ! I tried to call several times but no answer. I will be going up there tomorrow. I refuse to let it go this time. This place really needs new management and new workers that know how to count apparently and dont treat people with disdain. Dont waste your time or money here. Very unsatisfied customer.

Absolutely nothing. Today was my last try. I vowed a year ago to stay away from this location. The service is HORRIBLE! Visited at around 2:4pm thinking that service should be moving well considering its a weekday during later than normal lunch hours, as well the lobby was empty. I walked in to a young man behind the counter giving sarcastic disrespect able looks. After waiting for my order of the $5 box chicken strip for over 10 minutes, the gentleman behind also became impatient with the service. All guests that came behind me and patiently waited received their order before me. After confronting the young man who was passing out the orders, he immediately asked if I wanted my money back??? I replied I want my food. This young man attitude continued and other guests stood agreeable as I continued to express how his attitude sucked! My previous visits were the same bad attitude, bad service. My Mother told me she experienced the same service a few days ago. She sent my son in thinking faster service via lobby because lobby was empty. It took over 10 minutes for an order of large fries. Its obvious this location of employees have no respect for others, self or job. If so greater efforts would be placed. I did speak to the "manager" on duty, but I believe it went into one ear and out the other. Im hoping the owner of this franchise reads these reviews. This location has potential of greatness but the staff is killing it! I must also mention that there werent napkins or plastic ware filled in the lobby area. I will inform others to not patronage this location.

I got out of work late, and my boyfriend requested Popeyes so I figured Id be able to get in and out considering it was around 2. I was very wrong. I pulled up to a line. After about 5 minutes I was able to order, but then the line ceased to move. I was stuck by the speaker and I could hear everything they were saying inside (which was not professional). They had their delivery truck pull in and block part of their driveway, so once you were in the drive through line you were stuck. I waited for about 25 minutes in that line, and finally make it up to the window and the guy asked what I ordered. I told him I ordered the spicy chicken tender combo with fries and a coke. He literally pulls out his phone as Im telling him what I ordered, then after I finish he puts down his phone and asks what I said. I was annoyed but I told him again and he repeats something back completely different. I tell him a third time and ask if its done, and he was like "ummmm....." so I drove away. This place is an absolute disaster.

The cashier was in the lobby with a coworker. When she did come to the register, I informed her that I was not ready yet. As I was looking over the menu and viewing the video to see if there were any specials that would feed my family of 5, she continued to sigh and moan as if I was interrupting something she had to do. Another employee stood by her and his facial expression of impatience along with comments to one another was not respectful of me, the customer. I inquired about exchanging the thighs of a meal to wings or legs. The young male said I could not do that. However, I could get some other meal but it would cost more. Unless the fine print of a special specified no substitutions, I have, in the past, been able to make exchange. I LEFT. I figured there had to be someone else willing/wanting to take my money with a lot more respect and appreciation, even if they had to fake for the sake of customer service. Thanks KFC!

Ordered a chicken PoBoy. Received a shrimp PoBoy. Shrimp was old, dry and overcooked. Lettuce was browning, bread was smushed. Even the pickles tasted weird. Cajun rice was dry and flavorless (Yes flavorless! I mean, how is that even possible coming from Popeyes?!) Mashed potatoes and gravy was ok but still not what Id expect. Plus it didnt have that kick of flavor and the little pieces of meat in it. ALL THE WAY ROUND, JUST HORRIBLE! I didnt even think Popeyes food could even go wrong, but this location found a way. Like wth?...and they all had the audacity to be all in there drinking out of little cups, like 5 or 6 of them tasting some drink. They shouldve been tasting that nasty food, smh NEGATIVE ONE STARS PLEASE

This place is horrible. Popeyes Chicken is the best. However, this particular location is horrible! I used to come here often when I was in the Southfield area. My order was never correct. I took a moment to read these reviews. Most times, it could be customers making up false statements. However, all of these statements are true. Literally, just tried calling this business 8 times in a row. Theres no automated system to keep my attention while I wait. Then, you get this random voice telling you that the person cant answer. This place is the worst! Their place needs to be audited for customer service!
