Awful service. At the drive thru I was told to pull around and wait for my food. It never came out so I went inside and the manager was disciplining his entire staff in an emergency meeting behind the counter. They happened to have two meals ready to go which they gave us and a lemon cake to try to make up for the fact that we waited. They never gave us our drinks. When we checked the meals in the car they were incomplete. We took the food back for a refund and they told us to keep it as well as gave the money back. I didnt eat the food and will never be going back.

It was 11:10 pm on a Thursday. The place was fully lit up including the menu screen and 10+ cars in the parking lot. Sat there like a fool for 3 minutes when seeing a person in the distant window. Nothing....nothing...not a simple voice saying Im sorry were close. I pulled up and looked in the window just to see a woman voicing, "were closed". How rude to leave the light on then not answer...then get an attitude like Im at fault! Wont go there again. Maybe they should revisit their closing policies?

Tonight I was fortunate. I got what appeared and tasted like fairly freshly cooked chicken that was still hot. I typically come in the evening its kind of hit-or-miss whether the food is warm and dry or hot & fresh. It might depend on what type/pieces of chicken youre getting. I usually get chicken strips. I never use the drive through, but inside the staff has always been polite, helpful and somewhat friendly.

The GM is rude as hell!!! An employee of his is in active duty for the military and his fat ass had the nerve to ask her what her rank was and then said her rank is nothing. Funny I dont see his ass doing anything for his country!!! I guess he doesnt support the military!!!

Try the chicken littles! You can get them with Nashville hot. Take off the mayo and you reduce the calorie count by a third. At that point it is fairly healthy. The place is remodeled recently and they have a very simplistic and open design approach that works well.

Norm MacDonald is Colonel Sanders. Not being a regular customer of KFC, it took me a little while to figure out what I wanted to place as my order. The staff was courteous, helpful, and patient with me. The food was delicious and priced fairly. No complaints.

Very disappointed. Long story short. Server says she wasnt sure how to package chicken. Had to wait for someone to put chicken in box. Was over charged. Wrote experience on survey. Heard nothing back. Lost me as customer. Goodbye.

Chicken just not up to Harlans standards. I had hoped they could still make it like the colonels used to be. Alas its a pipedream to think the chain will ever be that good again .well now you get less for the same price .

Havent been to this location on 3 or 4 years, very nice remodel and clean, but the best part was a nice change in employees very friendly and helpful not acting like is it time to go yet...you know? Keep up the good work.

Would have been 4 stars but the tray they gave me was wet on top and had mashed potatoes on the bottom. So when i grabbed it my hand was in the potatoes...Otherwise it seemed like a clean place but that made me wonder..

Friendly staff, with good food on a fairly consistent basis. The exception would be the grilled chicken, as this particular store seems to overcook it. The interior is open and bright, but a little on the sterile side.

Great job and awesome fresh food. Manager is certainly doing their job at this KFC. Employees were friendly and fast. Dining room was clean and tidy. Wouldnt ever hesitate to stop at this KFC!
