This Dairy Queen is good. My family likes driving to this location if we are eating inside or on patio. The drive through is always busy and I see people walking back in for wrong orders when we are there sometimes. If you order inside you can tell them its wrong immediately and not get as mad (some guy came in yelling, its supposed to have chocolate inside. Come on its ice cream so calm down people they will fix it). Every year we come to get the Dairy Queen Ice Cream cake for my sons Birthday. We buy it, slap down on a table with spoons and first one to get through the fudge layer wins! I view as clean and friendly environment, atmosphere was always good when we are there. I would recommend this location for dine in.

Consistently horrible service in the drive thru. I cant complain enough about the amount of time I have to wait from the time I pull into the drive thru to the time I receive my order. On average, 20-35 minutes. Only once it took less than ten minutes. They almost never get my order correct!! I only order a blizzard for myself and a shake for my boyfriend. Not that complicated. We sometimes ask them to fix their mistake and the young employees roll their eyes, fix it and say nothing. Not professional whatsoever. The drive thru window is so insanely high up! It is above my car! Not sure why they dont fix it. It is ridiculous that I can barely reach up to retrieve my blizzard from the DQ employee. Frustrating.

Consistently poor service. Staffed largely by young teenagers, which isnt inherently bad, but a culture of lackadaisical unprofessionalism has obviously been implemented. Orders are generally correct, but can take 10-20 minutes (sometimes more) in a drive through with only 4 cars. For instance, Ive had time to wait 12 minutes before ordering, decide to look up bad reviews on google, read all 45 of them, download the app so I can add my own bad review, write this stupid long review and post it...and Im still third in line from the window. The young man at the window is apologetic, and I dont blame him. I would be less shocked if this werent the norm for this location.

Good location, staff is usually friendly, but due to a largely young staff the level of service sometimes isnt the best. For example, on one occasion I ordered a chili and it was towards the end of the night so I asked did they still have some. I was initially told no, which was fine, but then they came back and said they did so I got a large chili. When I got home it was very clear they sold me the chili that sat all day, bottom of the pot, dried out and over cooked. It was disgusting and I threw the whole thing out. That was months ago, but it left a really bad taste in my mouth (literally) on going back to that location. You also rarely get a thank you from them.

We sat in the drive thru before anybody would talk to us for at least 5 minutes finally took our order pull around to the window and absolutely no cars get are blizzards and they put Lids on them and turn them upside down took the lids off and all it was is melted ice cream it was more of a slushy than a blizzard and what confused me there was hardly nobody in the parking lot and nobody in the Drive-Thru so I dont understand and there was at least eight staff members inside the building yesterday on August 26th at 6 p.m.

Me, like many in the community want to like this establishment but to say this place is utterly incompetent would be an understatement. I write this review as, once again, I sit in the parking lot waiting as 1,2,3...SEVEN (yep) cars go through the drive-thru simply because an order of two blizzards and a chicken wrap proved to be asking too much. Save your self the aggravation and go to the one in Canal Winchester or Pataskala. Both of which Ive never had any issues with.

This location, although in Pickerington & near home is the one we avoid and will drive to other areas if we are in the mood for dairy queen. Every, and I mean every time something is made wrong, food, ice cream, etc. The original julius is supposed to be "liquidy" but comes out icy, but we are told this is how its supposed to be. Any, I mean any other dairy queen we go to makes it right....or maybe every other locations are doing it wrong? The service is always rude

Like the ice cream here. Not too big on the food, but my husband likes it. Ive been coming here for years. The downside - there have been plenty of times I was only moderately happy with my order coming as expected (Ive been told they couldnt make something I knew they could make as I know past DQ employees, had blizzards made wrong and soupy). It can also take a bit to get your order, so dont come if youre in a rush. But if youve got a craving, its good for that.

It was horrible! I went in and stood there for over 5 mins with people in back looking at me, but not saying a word. Finally a girl took my order and at this point a line. Waited for about 15-20 for a truffle blizzard. They gave me it with a lid on it. I just left with it and when took lid off it looked like a melted shake with a few truffle pieces on top. It was awful and threw away. Worst service and terrible product!

As Ive lived in the area, the quality of this restaurant has gone downhill gradually. This was the last time I plan on going because the service was straight up rude, they didnt have the blizzards I ordered, and when they handed my items over to me it was messy. I work in food service so I know how its supposed to be on the other end and that last visit was entirely uncalled for.

Someone please help these people! Last night we waited in the drive thru for 43 MINUTES! The kid running the drive thru didnt know how to run the register, you cant escape the drive thru past a certain point bc of the curb, and then they lost our order. I think the worst part is they didnt even offer an apology. GET A CLUE PEOPLE, WILL NOT BE BACK!

The service is great as long as you remember this is not fast food. It is made fresh to order. You know that the order will be made correctly or fixed quickly when the manager is Robbin. She runs an effective shift with the teenagers she is working with. A great way to give back to the community and youth.

Ordered the new turkey blt. They overloaded the bacon, they put a tomato END (yes, the price that Should have been thrown away) on it, and wasaaayyyyy to much mayo! How hard is it to make a feakin sandwich????? All I can say is some people are a good argument for keeping minimum wage were it is.

The several times I have been here, I have had poor experiences. I generally order blizzards, and they often dont have enough ingredients and/or are poorly mixed. I personally would advise people go to the Dairy Queen on Main Street instead of this one, as I find them to be much better.
